Changed my rating. This place has seriously gone down hill. 2 cars in the parking lot at lunch. Food taste old and burnt. Like it was cooked 2 or 3 times to keep it warm, or leftovers from the day before. Stay away. How is the biscuit bigger than the chicken?

The service there tucked. I waited in drive thru for 15 minutes to get a drink. There were a out 6 employees in restaurant. Three on phones. It’s ridiculous to have customers waiting like that. It will be a while before I return there. The employees seem to what they want. How can you improve your service for customers. Get rid of the dead weight.

I went in around lunch time to buy chicken. The food was just coming out. The chicken was nice, fresh and hot. The French fries were cooked to perfection, and the biscuits were to die for. And normally I don’t like fountain tea, but there sweet tea was just right, not too sweet, not to bitter. So, if u do stop by that Bo’Jangles, be sure to go during the lunch rush when the food is just coming out and the service is just as good as the food!

Service here is terrible, the staff needs to be changed. I’m only writing this review because of multiple visits and I’m always left irritated, from the long wait time going through the drive through to not disclosing what’s available and what’s not when ordering. Not to mention just being given whatever and not what you order. I don’t know who is the manager here but they are doing a crappy job or the whole staff just doesn’t care. When you do get your food it’s often time old and cold so I don’t understand what the long wait was for. Like now I ordered through the drive through yet I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes instead of them informing me that they have nothing ready I’ve never seen a fast food place this sloppy

This was probably the most immaculate Bojangles we’ve ever eaten at. The cashier was quite friendly, but the nice, older woman working in the dining room was an absolute treat! Everything was wiped down and there wasn’t a spot to be found on the floor! She was very helpful in taking our trays even though we walked them over. She immediately wiped them down and sanitized! The restrooms were well-kempt and everything smelled absolutely pleasant. Might have been the cleanest fast food restaurant we’ve ever been in! Anyhow, the food was fantastic, albeit a tad spicy (but I favor the spice), the fries were delicious, and the chicken sandwich rivaled Popeye’s chicken sandwich easily. A great experience for these out-of-towners! And please, during this time of trying to find employees to work in things like restaurants, please consider these folks for raises!

9 times out of ten the food here is fresh and everyone is very polite.
The only recent issue we have had is the management is not enforcing the governor’s order regarding health and safety when it comes to requiring their patrons to wear masks. This puts others at risk and should be of concern to the staff at the restaurant.

Terrible service. Sat 10 minutes waiting for someone to order, then waited 5 minutes to order, then waited 10 minutes behind the person in front of me to get 1 item, then 6 minutes to get my food. Perpetually out of ranch. All this with 5 employees standing around the drink machine.
