The Bojangles in this area are simply terrible. This store is no exception. The tenders are tiny, stale, and not crispy. The regular chicken has this caked breading that is soggy and gross. My last 3 piece order only had 2 pieces in it. If you are unfortunate enough to find yourself eating here, check your order carefully before you drive away…. Unless you enjoy being ripped off!

The chicken biscuit was phenomenal per the usual. The biscuit was nice and soft and not to thick. The chicken breast was juicy and fit the biscuit perfectly. No complaints here.

Every time I order a supreme meal I don’t receive the amount ordered. I ordered a 3 piece and got 2. I don’t even think a two piece is an available option on the menu. Today I ordered a 4 piece and received 3 and a crumb. I’m starting to think someone is stealing tenders out of orders and saving them for themselves. This occurring multiple times is crazy.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst place that I have been to. The employees are nasty, they have no customer service skills and they look unkept and dirty. I came to get breakfast and the person at the window did not ring my food up right. When I inquired about why my food was so expensive, he then reached his dirty hand into my bag, pulled out the receipt and said SEE, SEE! I was very disgusted with him, his service and the fact that he put his dirty hand in my bag. I didn’t want the food anymore.

Bojangles has fallen off the map with good food and customer service. I will not go to not one more Bojangles in Virginia. They hire anybody and anyone. Don’t even make food correct. I had a half piece of sausage in my rice and also rice was so wet I could of drank the juice from cup. This location has employees also standing outside smoking countless cigarettes and then got the nerve to run back in when car comes in drive thru. So nasty. Please corporate change how you guys hire just anybody. Food don’t even taste the same. Managers don’t even care about complaints. All they want to do is offer remake. Some people have money and don’t care about remakes. Never go to this location because managers not gone get it right either.

This location has a lot of pretty bad reviews, but my experience was great! All the staff was exceptionally friendly and my food came out faster than I could come back from a leak. Not to mention they didn’t close down significantly early like their local competitor that starts with a Z.

Going through the drive through I see 2 of the employees on the phone in the lounge area for customers I go to the drive through and as for the 6 pack no berry biscuits they told me 20 mins … an empty store full on people on their phones and I gotta wait 20 mins for berry biscuits better I didn’t eat probably got health violations everywhere on top of no integrity thanks Bo jangles great employee selection

We were excited that a new location was built near our home instead of traveling 5 Miles out of the way. The problem is everything we choose to go there something is short or missing. Two weeks ago we ordered a salad, we paid for the order and get to the window and there are no salads and instead of giving us a refund the cashier tries to offer us chicken tenders because the line behind us too long. Next, we have had missing and wrong food items. And today we tried to order a wing dinner and was told that it would be get this a two hour wait. At this brand new location , you have managers that don’t know the procedures for refunds, cashiers with poor customer service and again I didn’t mention other incidents where the service was not even worth one star. Bummer..

Food was cold and had clearly been sitting a long time, went back through The drive through and politely asked for fresh fries. I was given the same old stale fries that clearly been redipped in grease. I hope they shut this location down because they are always being trifling with people food.
