Had to stop here on our way back from Virginia as we always do. The chicken is so good and has a perfect little kick and we never get fries always love the Mac and dirty rice but the French fries were so good. I also got a pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious. The staff here was very friendly and helpful.

I live in NC and travel for work alot. Fast food is normally a bad experience and unfriendly. I am unsure if Shirrell (name on receipt) is the manager but she runs this location. Been three times and am always treated with an upbeat tone and a smile even when others made mistakes on the order.

Example she Rang me up but was helping get orders out. When another employee gave me the wrong biscuit (ham and cheese) she quickly apologized, remembered what it should have been (chicken and cheese) and offered to let me keep the wrong one for the inconvenience.

She does the work of two employees easily. Take care of your employees and they will take care of your customers! Please make sure she is recognized.

James and William M. were so nice! My food accuracy was awesome!! I live close to the one on 301and they cannot get my order right no times!!! I have talked to the manager a lot.And he says, look what I have to hire!! Very, very bad excuse.It’s his training that is no good.The manager there is awful! So happy to come to this one, and I drive here now. And I will continuously drive to come to this one!!

Service was extremely fast. Chicken was very hot and fresh. fries were mediocre and biscuit was flat and dry but the bad part about it is the restaurant was extremely dirty. Plenty of people in the back just standing around talking. They need to dedicate somebody to clean the seating area napkins were empty. It was just a total mess. I was here for over a half hour and never did anyone come out to clean. Three dark pieces of chicken just isn’t worth the $11.65 when you have to sit in a dirty restaurant to try to enjoy it. Bottom line this place is filthy!

Had a great experience at Bojangles yesterday. The steak egg and cheese biscuit was spot on – the steak was crispy yet tender, and the biscuit was fluffy and fresh. The hash rounds were a delightful side, crispy with just the right seasoning. Plus, the store was clean and the staff were quick and friendly. Highly recommend!

While traveling with my kids, we decided to stop at this location. We have visited other locations in other states, but never in this area. It’s 8:05pm and they are already almost completely out of chicken and completely put of regular biscuits. They are open for almost 2 more hours and are already out of main food items. I’m very sympathetic to the overworked understaffed situation happeni but being almost completely out of food 2 hours before closing is ridiculous

Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant I have visited. Not only was everything filthy and dirty. There was a smell of old oil in the air. To top everything off. One of the employees. Was making personal announcements. About his life. Over the intercom. Extremely off putting and inappropriate. Bojangles. Corporate. Needs to monitor their franchisees better.

I always go here and use my first responder discount without needing proof. My experience was different this visit. The cashier asked for the discount and someone came from the kitchen asking to see my first responders badge. I informed them I didn’t have it but have never needed it in the past. She wanted to argue instead of honoring because I wasn’t in uniform. Mind you im never in uniform when purchasing food from them. The attitude of the employee will be the reason I don’t return. Unprofessional. Usually it’s not a problem.

Excellent Manager and hostess, had an accident with my biscuit( dropped it accidently) the manager replaced it for free. Good customer service and good people. Appreciated it so much, will definitely visit again and recommend. Keep up the excellent service. Thanks again.

Food was cold, and the chicken you could tell had been sitting. My gravy on my mashed potatoes wasn’t hot- just a think slice of slug. My boyfriend’s bacon egg and cheese was doughy- and had barely a whole piece of bacon. The attitudes from the workers was just as gross as the food. Yikes.
