I stopped here as we do not have a bojangles where I live. The atmosphere was ok, but nothing special. I ordered a drink which was good and a chicken combo with buffalo sauce. The mac and cheese was good and so was the chicken, but it got cold quickly. The buffalo sauce was amazing though

Food is normally great. Staff is normally great. However, it seems like quality goes way down the closer it gets to closing time. This is to include both staff and food. I’ve received cold food at evening hours and staff tend to be less helpful, bordering on rude at those times. So as long as you don’t go in the evening, you should have a 5-star experience.

20230521 My pup loves Bojangles and was happy to see the Bojangles sign on my way home. It got cold by the time I got home. After baking it in the oven, it is even better!! My pup loved it. The lady working at the drive thru was nice and helpful.

It should be zero stars!!!! The chicken looked old as hell. Then we had to wait 15 minutes for fresh chicken. All of the side’s we’re dried out. SMH NEVER AGAIN!!!! CLOSE THE WHOLE PLACE DOWN!!!!! JUST AWFUL……..

First time bringing my fiancée here. They don’t have this restaurant in Canada. We had a biscuit chicken sandwhich and she LOVED it. The biscuit is soft, so much meat, great sauce/spicy. So worth it! She was skeptical because it’s a little expensive for fast food (we are just broke now lmao). But worth every dime!
Cari was great in the Drive Tru. We are hard of hearing and she was able to understand what we wanted. She was very quick to serve!
