Stopped in for breakfast. Lovely staff. Had bacon and egg biscuit sandwich. The biscuit flavor was very good. Had a nice hot coffee. I don’t know how good their non breakfast food is, but I do enjoy their breakfast.

First time trying Bojangles. The chicken was cooked good, but they dont have a spicy option. Biscuit wasnt flaky, but rather sponge like. Bean and fries were good. Unlike all ither plaves, they dont even give you 1 sauce with your meal and they have to buy every single one.

Food was good. Service was good & friendly. Received the order & thankfully checked it before pulling out of the parking lot as it was incorrect. Instead of a Bo cheddar biscuit, I received a blueberry biscuit. Went back through the drive thu and they corrected the order very quickly. The staff remained super friendly and made the experience pleasant. Of course the food was good.

Bojangles has always been a favorite of mine since growing up in the South, where I used to eat there almost every week. This particular location is my go-to whenever I’m in the area. The food is consistently good, but on this visit, I did notice the building seemed a bit run down, and there appeared to be a roof leak or possible mold issue. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I really hope it gets addressed soon since this spot is a staple for us whenever we’re nearby.

Try to avoid going at night (around 8:15-30) food was cold and fries had no seasoning whatsoever. I also asked for no ice and they gave me a ice in my drink. Frustrated but I do understand these things happen I just wish it wasn’t me. Especially when I’m hungry and want a decent meal. All other times I go it’s better just a fair warning for late night goers

20231203 Love Bojangles!! The lady with beautiful black, blue and silver braids was so nice, friendly and polite. The food is delicious as always!! The ladies’ restroom was clean. There was a lot of gravy in the mashes potatoes which I love! I keep forgetting to ask for honey for the biscuit. The biscuit was fresh and soft, perfectly baked.

A historic moment for me, my first negative review. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would! First off the prices are absurd, I spent $25 on 3 sandwiches and a side. I asked for dipping sauce and they literally wouldn’t give me ANY complimentary, I had to pay for a single sauce after spending $25. Disgusting customer service. I get my food and it’s literally so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. The food also had a terrible flavor, save yourself the time, money, and mental energy, just go to chick fil a, Popeyes, or kfc for better food, free sauces, and better customer service for a cheaper price!

I stopped by here at 6:40 to get my son food after we were done visiting my dying grandmother. I ordered 12 chicken tenders and must have misheard the price at the speaker, i pulled up and was confused when they said $28. I profusely apologized and asked to change it to a 5 piece and he got the manager (dark with purple braids) and she had a major attitude and was raising her voice like I was nothing. I pulled off and just started bawling. Its really important to remember you don’t know what kind of day someone is having and that was just the final straw and I broke down.
