Yum. Bo berry biscuit was on point as usual. The legendary iced tea (sweet tea) was too sweet for me so I diluted it with water to perfection. The bowl is by far the best value. My child has allergies and the sweet and efficient cashier personally prepared her food to ensure no reactions! It’s all about the service. It was pretty busy and there was a line but the wait was not long at all.

This was a classic down south restaurant that moved up north however the southern cooking style was not brought here . The sides were just ok and the chicken was very upsetting to me . I may return to give them another chance to get it right .

I have never experienced such a thing. After returning from the drive-thru, I opened the box and pulled out a piece of chicken that clearly had a bite taken out of it. Horrible place! This is not funny and is very dangerous. I am so mortified. I will never go here again.

First off I want to say I do happen to love Bojangles. It’s about the only fast food I eat, and only enjoy it when I’m down Maryland seeing family.
But this is by far the most disgustingly dirty restaurant I’ve ever been in. First thing in the morning 10am and the floor is sticky, and the bathrooms are in such horrible condition, they should be closed to the public.
This place should seriously be shut down for health concerns.
Left and would not eat food or recommend anything from this establishment at this time.

This Bojangles has gone down in customer service; gave my order to the drive thru twice he repeated it; then when I came to the window the one in the picture told me I have to drive back around and give my order after waiting almost 15min in line; I told him I was not going to do that and if I did I would call the owner he told me he didnt care call the owner the short chubby manager jump in yelling from behind but never came to resolve issue; I kept telling him my order and kept arguing with me; it’s like a ghetto gang in there; the owner need to clean house again!

Not bad, could be better. The food was decent and our wait time was perfect – they were very quick and friendly. The place could use a deep clean – but there was an employee hand scrubbing the bathroom walls which is impressive and something I’ve never seen at any other establishment – so the effort is there, probably just understaffed to maintain.
Looks like management neglects the building – various things in obvious disrepair, burned out lights, etc… none of that is the employee’s fault.

Whoever owns this location needs to be ashamed. I’m glad this location is closed. I witnessed a whole colony of rats running around from the garbage area to the back of the building. The place is nasty they do not clean the facilities. They also have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Staff conversate more with each other than the customers. The manager let’s the staff do whatever they want. Food used to be good but now it’s hit or miss. Cold, old and stale fries and old chicken. The fountain drink machine is filthy, I wouldn’t trust drinking anything out of it. They need to close it down, demolish the building and start over with new management and staff.

Service here has become pretty awful. Used to be quite decent! Even when the wait was a little long, they’d always make up for it by throwing in a free item. But over the last couple years, not only is the wait time pretty extreme, but I’ve been given stale, room-temperature fries, and dried-out, overcooked chicken patties that were like 90% batter and only 10% chicken on several occasions. And ordering via 3rd party delivery services is a useless endeavor, with the store canceling my orders more frequently than they ever complete them. No idea what’s happened at this place to cause all the issues lately, but I won’t be at all surprised to find that they’re permanently closed any time soon.

This place was really unhygienic. The floor in front of the counter was sticky. The soda fountain counter was extremely wet. There was no paper napkins. Half the tables were unclean and there is only one trash can in the whole dine-in area. It seems their drive thru was slam on a Sunday but that’s really no excuse. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and there was so much mayo it was on the bun and wrapper. The family size fried chicken were good though. Won’t be coming back to this one.
