Yes love the chicken but also the fixings. Best biscuits I have ever had. Cant get enough of the Dirty Rice and fresh brewed iced tea. Cinnamon Bo Biscuit is amazing.

So happy you’re close! Haven’t seen a bojangles since I was down south. I got a family meal 8 pieces of chicken 2 large sides a half a gallon of lemonade 5 biscuits and my favorite 2 blueberry biscuits for $30 I love the chicken the service and the atmosphere. Fresh biscuits to order was amazing

We had not been to bojangles in months and was craving food from there. Our chicken was soggy and there was a mysterious red sauce that I think was bbq sauce randomly splattered in my box. The mashed potatoes were watery consistency and the range dipping sauce containers were to the point of exploding suggesting they had gone bad.
Its a shame we are so lucky to have one locally but it has become aweful.

If you’re looking for Bojangles like you get down south, don’t expect to find it here. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still Bo’s and it’ll hold you over til you get down there, but these northerners don’t know how to do it right. Biscuits are never buttery, chicken isn’t as good and the sweet tea is almost always meh. Drive further to Winchester, VA or Frederick, MD if you want to be satisfied by Bojangles in the area.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered around $55.00 worth of food and all the food was 100% accurate! The young lady(light skin, black hair, lashes) very sweet and professional. I live out of town but it’s definitely worth the drive.

Why DOSEN’T this store ever have thighs, legs , breast & wings ..ready at the same time anymore? I came Sunday and waited a good 45 minutes because I’m guessing the cooks had nothing ready to provide? They only had breast and thighs ..I don’t want just breasts and thighs in my 8 count meal . I have small children . I’d love to get what I actually paid for . I remember only hearing a young lady telling who I guess was the manager there was no chicken to give to anyone and she was most accurate. Because again I don’t want just breast and thighs . when in all reality this is the cooks problem There were multiple employees that came up and said that there would be a 15 minute wait on the other chicken. I’m not sure what’s going on with the cooks but they should & NEED to get it together. Drive through employees are always missing something in the bags as well . Outside tables always have food and crumbs .The managers are always off screaming at their employees & I know because I’ve heard it even at the drive through when they sometimes forget their headsets on. I believe this store just has poor and sloppy management. With that being said I will not be returning EVER.

So happy to have a Bojangles here in Reading. Truly a blessing. I should really go more often. But that requires a trip out to Fifth Street, and that’s where the crazies are.
For the times when I feel like flirting with death, I drive out there and pick up a family combo meal for 10. It’s right next to Popeye’s, but screw Popeye’s. They always forget something in my order.
If Bojangles ever does away with their Dirty Rice, I will no longer be a patron. The chicken is good, but the Dirty Rice is what sets them apart from “the other guys.” I could eat a truckload and not regret it.
The chicken wars are heating up. Contenders everywhere. But Bojangles sits at the top of the mountain on a throne of crispy, fried golden chicken flesh.

Everything is pretty much made to order, so time after ordering to get food does take a little longer but we’ll worth the wait!
