Boitano’s is an upscale, classy bar, and the atmosphere is magical! Service was top-notch and the charcuterie was to die for. The cocktails are amazing! I believe our bartender/server’s name was Bobby and he was friendly and very knowledgeable about the drinks and other menu options. The setting is somewhat intimate and definitely comfortable. The decor is a big part of the experience. We happened to be there right after Christmas and the trees were still up. It had a magical feel with all the lights and featured decor. Definitely will go back!

The charcuterie board was hearty, tasty and just right for four of us to share in an atmosphere perfect for conversation. We’ll be back to this intimate downtown lounge.

Whenever I travel to Lincoln this is a must go for me! The food is amazing! Although the menu is small everything I have ever tried is so flavorful. They have a great drink menu with a lot of unique drinks. The bartenders are the absolute best, Bobby is so awesome and really knows his drinks. The staff here is second to none. If you’re in Lincoln you definitely need to stop in for the swanky atmosphere, great drinks, food and people.

I couldn’t decide what I was in the mood for, so I gave the bartender the description of a drink favorite from another bar and he offered to make it. I was VERY impressed with his skill set! He knew exactly what I was referring to and able to very closely replicate this. Our service was not only professional and on point but very prompt. I don’t have a lot of places I’d call my favorite to drink but this one would be one thanks to the bartender we had (shorter, shaved head)

The atmosphere of this restaurant was comforting and very nice. However, my husband went to get food later in the night and ordered the italian chicken sliders. He has an allergy to pine nuts and the only ingredient listed on the menu was “basil”. come to find out, this basil is actually pesto made with pine nuts. He has an allergy to pine nuts and it was not listed as an ingredient on the menu. Even if the wording was pesto instead of basil, he would have been flagged to ask about his allergy. He noticed after paying and taking the food to the room that this sandwich actually contained pine nuts and could have caused a severe allergic reaction if he had not noticed. Once he went down, he was given a subtle sorry and was told the kitchen was closed. There were no efforts to fix the situation or even get a refund for the food we had to throw away. it was overall an extremely disappointing experience and ended with him not being able to eat with no attempt to make things right. The restaurant was beautiful however allergies should be taken as a serious consideration and the menu should reflect the actual ingredients of their items. I was severely disappointed and again, paid a hefty price for food that went straight into the garbage for their miscommunication.

Absolutely a must visit if you are looking for top-shelf alcohol, along with someone who knows how to mix it. Great wine selection, the old fashion’s and smoked Manhattan are wonderful. Nice little bar with lots of lounge seating.
