Boise Fry Company serves incredible french fries, original sauces, hand-crafted seasonings, juicy burgers, and more! We source potatoes from Kings Crown Organic Farms. They are fried in natural oil and served unsalted so you can choose from any of our homemade seasonings and dipping sauces. We use natural, local, and organic products whenever possible. We obtain bison locally from Brown’s Buffalo Ranch and beef from Double R Ranch & Snake River Farms. All are local, fresh, grass-fed, and hand-seasoned with our top-secret recipes. BFC also serves sandwiches, shakes, sides, and gluten free, vegan, and kids options as well. Our vegan burgers are made with black beans and quinoa. Our whole wheat potato buns are baked fresh by Gaston’s Bakery.
Area-sourced fried potatoes are the star at this eco-friendly burger chain with microbrews on tap.

Very delicious! First time visiting and will not be the last! So many great options for burgers and fries. We picked the type of potato we wanted for our fries and then they have so many options for sauce and seasonings. My husband has the Wagyu burger and I had the originals burger add bacon. SO DELICIOUS! If you haven’t been it’s a MUST!

Low key atmosphere – easy going staff and wonderful food. I had a few hours in Boise to experience the city before heading back to Texas. I had “The Heat” with a bison patty and it did hit the spot. It was fun for my pallet, but the real joy was in the fries. I’ve never had so much fun eating potatoes. Friday’s happy hour had a buy a small fry and get a small fry deal. Staff recommended the hybrid Kennebec fries and purple fries and for good measure I ordered the bougie fries as well. The staff were rad and used the red fries for the bougie fries so that I could taste all the flavors. I loaded up the various sauces for dipping and I genuinely had a bunch of fun smiling to myself as I mix matched the flavor combinations. I’m certainly glad I came. They made a fat man happy Definitely recommend

The atmosphere can be a little loud from time to time but otherwise great with a lovely ascetic.
I have only have a problem with the service one time and it was so long ago that I can’t even remember the occasion in which it happened.
Great place, within walking distance of other places, a school, ice cream/candy stores and all sorts. Very lovely and will visit often.

Big fan. The good is good. They’ve struck a great balance of a single menu that still has a lot of options. You order the burger you want, choose the kind of meat (if you’re visiting, you got to try the bison burger – it doesn’t taste THAT different from a regular burger but it’s fun to say you’ve tried it), and then you can choose what kind of potato for your fries (russet, gold, purple, sweet potato to name a few). The best part is the different sauce and sharing options. Our favorite was the garlic aoli. Milk shakes are a solid choice for dessert. Not crazy l

I think Burgers were okay. Some might say mid, but the fries are super good with all of their sauce options! I also recommend the strawberry shake. Very nice employees too!

We got a pico burger with the vegan patty and added avocado. The burger was delicious. I especially enjoyed it with the spicy ketchup. The kids got plain cheese burgers they were a decent size, the kids couldn’t finish them. We tried the russet, red and gold fries. I liked them all but they were too greasy for me to eat very much of them. My favorite were the thicker cut ones.

Great place for a good burger and fries. The sauce bar with over 10 choices for dipping sauce was awesome and the 9 different types of salts to put on your fries were fantastic. The strawberry shake topped it off !

The food was really good! We had all sorts of burgers and lots of fries to. I tried every sauce and all were good (except the maple marshmellow one that was odd). I would highly reccomend it for a quick stop for burgers and fries.
