I visited here with a group of about 10 friends and acquaintances. With a spacious parking lot and a large interior, it’s the perfect spot for both large groups and small gatherings.
A standout feature was that everyone gets their own individual pot, allowing you to choose a soup base that fits your personal style. I even saw some ‘foodies’ in our group ask for plain water and create their own broth using various seafood—it’s truly specialized for customizing your meal to your own taste.
The salad bar was well-stocked with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. I also found it charming that they gave us a little memo pad to order ice cream for dessert after the meal. Of course, the meat is unlimited. The quality was so good that I lost track of how many plates I finished!
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for both quality and quantity.

Amazing place when you looking the hotpot. Very recommend. Many options here then the quality every item really fresh. This my 2nd times came here. Workers there amazing too, good services, very helpful. And the manager name is Fendy so nice. When you have any question and need more help find him, he really amazing!

Great hot pot spot. AYCE hot pot. Good seafood bar with a lot of seafood options. Meat quality is good with enough meat options. Different noodles and veggies to choose from at the bar. If you love hot pot this is a great restaurant to eat at. Service is good too. They also have a full bar. Kid friendly.

Today, Feb 23, 2026 was both my husband and I first time at Boiling World. The variety of meats and veggies was great. By the way, the option to make your own sauce is awesome. The Thai Tea I ordered was amazing, it tasted like the original thai leaves I boil at home. The staff often would ask if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The service and hospitality went above and beyond than what I normally get from other restaurants. I definitely recommend 10/10. Thank you to our server Miguel and to the other staff that attended us tonight.

I’m very particular about my food, especially hot pot. It’s a bit far for me to venture into so the food better be good. I was not disappointed. We came on a Saturday afternoon and it was not crowded at all. We were seated immediately. The selection of seafood and meat were ample. The broth base was delectable. We chose the herbal base. Select the ponzu sauce as it goes well with anything. You can’t go wrong with ponzu. They even have ube for dessert (I love ube). Our server was Renee and she was awesome . She got us our soup base before we even ordered . She was kind and personable and respectful and resourceful, very proactive rather than reactive. She deserved a commendation and recognition. Thank you Renee❣️

I decided to try one of the spicy sauces and it definitely delivered a strong kick. Next time I plan to go for the pho beef broth to change things up. The tonkotsu was incredibly tasty with deep rich flavor. I really enjoyed the whole experience and look forward to coming back.

You have to give this place a try! I went during my lunch hour and there is no wait. My party got seated immediately. The service is amazing and the staff is very friendly. Very large and spacious restaurant with a large variety for options. Highly recommend this place.

I had such a great time at this hot pot restaurant! The broth was super flavorful and you could really taste the richness in every bite. There were so many fresh ingredients to choose from — thinly sliced meat, seafood, vegetables, and noodles — everything looked clean and fresh.
The staff were friendly especially victoria and fendi and helped explain how to cook the food, which made the experience even better. The place was cozy, perfect for hanging out with friends or family. I left feeling very full and very happy. Definitely coming back!

Man the food was Delicious!! You have to make your own sauce to dip the meat in after you cook it, but they have good options for sauce making in their condiments bar. Good vegetable and noodles options. I really Enjoyed the thinly sliced beef plates they were delicious! My wife and I struggled with the Bulgogi because it was more of a shredded lump of meat. The rest of the meats were definitely flavorful. I got the Curry and I did not regret it! Haha

We didn’t have much time, so I asked an older staff member how long the wait would be. He told me about 15 minutes. I checked the list and saw I was the third person to check in, with one group of three and another group of two ahead of us.
After waiting more than 15 minutes, two people walked in after us. They whispered something to the manager, and he immediately seated them. At the 25 minute mark, another group of six arrived and checked in after us. 5 minutes later, the manager came out and seated that group too.
At this point, I was extremely disappointed. I asked the manager again how much longer, because it was clear they messed up. He said another 10 minutes, but I didn’t believe it, since they had already given inaccurate wait times from the start and kept seating people who arrived after us.
My wife and I left immediately, and we will not be coming back. The place is big, but the way they run it is absolutely stupid!
