The soup base was very tasty. They offer at least six different broths to choose from, but I somehow always end up going with the Thai Tom Yum flavor.

This restaurant recently introduced an all-you-can-eat menu and got rid of the single-pot option. From what I remember, the price didn’t increase much compared to the AYCE Standard Lunch Menu. We ordered from the standard dinner menu, which was only a few dollars more than lunch and seemed to offer the same selection.

The vegetable and sauce station is self-serve and unlimited. They even have a couple of Chinese sweet treats available. The meats are also all-you-can-eat, but you have to order those from the server.

Service was just OK. There’s no designated server for each table. Some staff were nice enough to check in and ask if we wanted to order more meat, while others seemed annoyed when we told them our fire went out once, so they had to swap out the burner for us, or when we asked for more broth.

The meats were not tender, but not tough either. For the price they charge, I think it’s reasonable. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would come back.

Interesting decorations having the old TV & radio. Food was okay for me. The broth soup was refillable & you can get all your chosen veggies from the fridge & make your own dipping sauces. The meats looks fresh which is great! Service was good but we came late so m pretty sure the staff was already exhausted. I’m just so glad that they still took us in despite the fact that they already closed the wait list before us coming in & we really appreciate that. Thanks again for the service

This is my new place. I get so much for the price that is already so reasonable. The meat is so tender and there is so much seafood and variety of mushrooms. The service is excellent and they offer cash discount and membership benefits. I come here whenever I can and recommend this place to everyone I know. The only thing is about the burner. It doesn’t smell good and not sure if the fume is safe. I wish they used something else to keep the food hot.

Boiling Pot in Northridge is a hidden gem in the Valley. Their AYCE hot pot is genuinely tasty, with flavorful broths and quality ingredients. What really stands out is the extensive veggie and side selection, plenty of fresh options and variety to customize your meal exactly how you want it. All of this at a great price point makes it an easy go-to for hot pot cravings. Definitely worth checking out.

If you want hot pot or boba or both, this spot has it all. I saw many people grabbing boba drinks to go, but I decided to dine in with a friend for lunch. The regular lunch special hot pot is $19.95, and you can upgrade to premium for more options.

They offer a huge variety of vegetables, fish balls, noodles, tofu and more. It was fun browsing and seeing all the choices.

They also have a great sauce station with everything from mild to spicy sauces and toppings.

For my broth I chose the Japanese miso, and it was the perfect match with all my veggies, shrimp and Angus beef.

I see a lot of advertisement about this place online and in social media by some so called “influencers” so I wanted to try it for the first time. First of all I want to mention that the place itself looks nice and clean. They also have a robot server which is kinda impressive.
However, the food is nothing special. It’s technically an all you can eat soup place. I tried the beef belly, beef ribs, some shrimp balls, and mussles.

The food is alright but it’s not something that I would crave all the time and it will take me a while to maybe come back for it like maybe around winter.

The Thai tea Boba was also just any Thai tea Boba. So for $34.07 I wouldn’t say it’s bad but if you come here, you need to be able to eat a lot which is kinda hard to do since it’s a soup.

We really wanted to like this place because it’s affordable. But the food was really SALTY and you would have to be really careful not to burn yourself with the pot and portbale stove (see photo) if not careful the pot with boiling soup can tip over and spill (almost happened to one of my companions) it was also uncomfortable for us to sit and eat because the table wasn’t the right height. Sorry but we wouldn’t recommend this place.

Just visited this place with my boyfriend. We had planned to get the Build Your Own mini hotpots but after we were seated, the waitress told us that they no longer made those and only offered AYCE. It was a bit of a shock since we were not expecting to spend that much.

I ordered the Szechuan Spicy broth, which was really good. I also liked that they had a large selection of veggies, seafood, noodles, and sauces for you to grab on your own. I was disappointed with the beef though, it didn’t seem to be good quality and kept clumping together. After a bit, I stopped eating the beef and only ate the vegetables since I thought those were still good with the broth. The drinks we got were pretty good and at a good price.

In terms of service, the waiters were very friendly but I felt like they weren’t very attentive and it was a bit hard to wave them down. Maybe it was because the place was busy when we went.

Omg ok ok soooo, my first time here last week and did not know what to expect but the parking was easy access. Then friendly staff… I remember there was a super cuttie asian waitress that came to my table and asked if everything was okay. Then the milk tea BOBA WAS AMAZING.

Now the (BEEF FRED FLINSTONES) all you can eat was absolutely amazing!!!!! Check out my video on here that I made it was worth every dollar.
I am coming back again to eat here definitely and this time I hope that cute server would be my waitress this time… hehe

This spot is great. Fantastic. I like the general vibe, decorations, and ambiance. The servers were really nice, but they forgot to bring us water multiple times. The food is good, and I’m glad it comes with a variety. This place is not like traditional hot pot restaurants though: they prepare the bowl for you in the back and then bring it all out at once.
