Great Asian hotpot restaurant! All the food was fantastic. We got the house and the szechuan soup base. Both were delicious, the szechuan was spicy but not too spicy. We got a mix of meat, seafood, vegetables, and noodles. Everything was great!

Well, I have to admit, I had to call them up to get servers at the bar, seriously, literally called them up. I wanted to eat at the place, but they assumed that I wanted to take out.
I think if you’re a regular they remember you but I wasn’t a regular here. Regulars get better and repeated service. I literally had to wait 10 minutes before I made that phone call to get the waitress over to me.
She thought I was with another woman that was sitting there before I got in the place. I find it odd that she believes that people don’t want to sit in the restaurant and eat because I saw two people sitting down and eating. Maybe they don’t serve food at the bar? So I’m giving it an average rating since I wasn’t able to have the full experience like I do before I do a review.
Oh, the place has some kind of garbage smell, but it dissipates as long as you sit there and have a shot of something.

Best hotpot. I prefer to drive 45 minutes here than go to the kpot 15 minutes from me.
It tastes cleaner, isn’t loud, servings are larger so don’t order too much.
The meat quality is also much better here.
Only downside is that they have little staff.

The food really is delicious It’s definitely a group atmosphere. There are fries and chicken wings (on the bone) for children. There is also a base menu for those who may not want to cook their food at tgeir table. However, Boiling Pot is just that…Boiling Pot. Go. Enjoy something new. The food is fresh and everything comes to you washed and ready to be cooked and seasoned by you. Happy eating!!

The cheesecake was so good, the drinks were perfect, the customer service was so nice, attentive and very helpful. I really enjoyed the experience I had at this restaurant and I WILL be coming back again. Side note, if you’re gonna order a lot, order one less than you actually want, we made the mistake of over ordering!

Picked up lunch for my guys today. Awesome service and definitely friendly. For my Veteran brothers and sisters they offer a 10% military discount. Food was delicious. Will definitely be back to try something else.

If you have never experienced hot pot dining then this shouldn’t be your first time. Very much mediocre. The service was decent but the food was blah. Not enough info on what to order or even how to order for the boiling pot service. The seafood boil was bland even though we ordered spicy. Nothing was spicy. Nothing. On the entire table.
We all left hungry and desiring seasoning. The inside is a bit dim and depressing. We went on a Sunday evening so perhaps that’s why it was so empty and disappointing.

The spot has probably one of the best Tom Yum hot pot. I recommend getting the Tom Yum, Mala, or tomato soup base. The service from our server was a bit slow but was made up with the owners checking in on us and tending to our needs. If you’re looking for something good on a cold or rainy day I recommend this spot.

The host was not particularly friendly, there wasn’t any greeting or verbal acknowledgment upon entering the restaurant. However, my server was attentive. The broth was flavorful but the limited sauces were brought to the table unlike the other hot pot restaurants I have patronized, whereby there was a self-service sauce station.
