Arrived right after they opened. Seated promptly. Interior lighting naturally lit, tables were small and packed. Started with the spicy tangy beef which was ok; simple thin beef that had a little sauce and cilantro. I ordered the #5 (lamb) 3 out of 4 stars while husband got #8 (Taiwanese Spicy) which came at 4 stars. Soups came out quickly. I preferred his spicier, more flavorful broth. After our broths boiled for a few minutes staff offered to snuff our flames. The ingredients soaked up most of the broth, although the blood was over cooked the fish cake, vermicelli, and mushrooms were good. Best part was the lemon qq jelly at the end, not too sweet with a little sour note and basil seeds.

Boiling Point in Lynnwood never disappoints when it comes to satisfying hotpot cravings! We decided to try their new Hot Green and Rose Milky flavors this time, they were interesting, but honestly not our top picks. Nothing beats the classics here! especially the Beef Hotpot and Lamb Hotpot, both packed with flavor, generous protein portions, and their signature house broth that’s always comforting and rich.

If you’re into Korean-style hotpot, definitely go for the Korean Bean Paste Hotpot~~ it pairs perfectly with the instant noodles for that warm, hearty kick. The Creamy Curry Hotpot is another favorite if you love bold flavors and a cozy, slightly sweet broth.

My ultimate go-to combo will always be the Beef Hotpot with vermicelli noodles and a Watermelon Green Tea during lunch hours !! the perfect match!

Pro tip: line up around 11 a.m. if you want to get seated right away because it gets busy fast.

The Lynnwood location feels cleaner, brighter, and less crowded than other Seattle spots. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and make sure your meal runs smoothly.

Can’t wait to come back for another comforting hotpot session!

Ordered rose milky pot for my daughter. Shrimps in her pot came out like these. Apparently they used very unfresh shrimps in their hot pot. Be aware not to order their seafood pot.

Yummy!! First time with this location. I always go to Bellevue location but I stop by this location since I was in the area. Always order No.1 with flaming spicy no fermented tofu and also with the onsen egg over the rice. Fast service, good food like always.

If you’re in the mood for good hot pot, this is it. I’ve tried all their soups and my top 2 are beef and yellow cream curry. Flavor is on point and I love that everything I need is in that one pot. It’s not a fancy place but more like a soul food place for Asians. And if you come before 3pm, you get a free ice tea drink – green tea or winter melon. Overall, Highly recommend!

Perfect place to have a delicious hotpot style meal. The ingredients were fresh and portions generous. We went for lunch and they have complementary beverages with lunch orders. The melon iced tea is perfectly refreshing, and was enjoyed by our group. Service was good but a bit hurried, possibly because it was weekend lunch hours. (Will try out on a weekday and update here.)
For the amount of food and the novelty, price is perfectly justified.parking is ample and super convenient to get here. We will be definitely back for more.

Unique small hot pot. Try the beef, seafood, and tofu all are good. One of our favorite casual lunch places.

I like the beef one. The soup has a nice flavor, enough meat, a great amount of toppings, and not salty. I would say enough for two people (unless you eat big portions).
Highly recommend the garlic pork belly, very tasty. Their steam vegetables, its just bok choy, it was good, but a bit too salty (sauce is pork based, just be aware).
To note: they have lunch and dinner time and price varies. Lunch time ends at 3 pm, and they offer green or oolong tea (free, comes with lunch time).
Service was a bit slow. Clean tables when I was there.

I will say, we had some really good service. Very attentive and efficient. The food on the other hand was bland. I never knew hot pot style meals could ever taste bland, but this was it. The beef broth was tasteless, ever with the addition of the condiments offered. I much prefer regular hot pot like Happy Lamb.
