Boiling point was on point. Never a disappointing meal. The wait time for food was a little long, but worth the wait. I recommend the lamb. Parking is limited, so get here early. We usually came here once a month. Today, we come around at 6. My husband found hair in his pot. Moreover, the corn is like someone bite it already. My pot is missing stuff and the soup is not full. When we told the waiter, he just change the pot for us, say sorry but seem like no apology. Not too crowded but even weekend. I hope the manager of this location can double check on the food

I have been to many Boiling Point locations (in LA and OC) and I have to admit that this location is the best one so far in terms of space and service. This Boiling Point has a lot of tables so they can provide more and faster service than other locations. Our host is friendly and attentive . My party and I ordered their beef hot pot and Jin Tea butterfly pea flower lemonade & pink dragon (dragon fruit, lychee and oolong), and we enjoyed that combination a lot. I will definitely be back again in the near future! Keep up with the great service!

I ordered a beef with a mild spicy level and the hot pot was just filled with meat. The new drink is average, it’s just lychee and dragon fruit. Some of the staff was new so they made some minor mistakes. The waiting was a bit long since it was a grand opening.
