This is my third dining experience at the boiler house and everytime is just amazing. This time I had the breakfast burger, which was cooked medium well and came out juicy with a nice char at the bottom and very cheesy. It was delicious paired with the seasoned potatoes. I enjoyed my meal immensely and my friend did as well! We will definitely be back when we visit the pearl again!

From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcome. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere! Our waiter, Dylan, was super attentive. We really enjoyed the selection of appetizers, including the Texas Twinkie and Empanadas. For our entre, we enjoyed the ribeye special of the night. Perfectly cooked.

Dylan was such a great waiter. He gave us awesome recommendations. I ended up getting the walleye (so good), and we shared an incredible white chocolate and pecan dessert. He also suggested an Old Fashioned with Eagle Rare, which I had never tried before. He made my husband’s birthday feel extra special without being over the top. He was super kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. We’ve been to Boiler House before, but this was hands down our best experience. Thank you Dylan!!

As someone with celiac, I’ve always loved Broiler House – the food has consistently been excellent and the staff is truly top-tier.
I’m giving four stars only because I was really disappointed to see the truffle fries, burgers, and dedicated fryers removed. For people with celiac, options for “normal” food are already limited, and those items made a big difference for us.
That said, with the new ownership, their attentiveness to gluten safety and celiac needs has not changed, which I genuinely appreciate. We still visit (just not as often as before), and the incredible staff continues to make or break the experience in the best way. Looking forward to our next date night back.

Had a work team lunch here this week and enjoyed our time together. Everything on the menu looked delicious, but I decided to get the scallops since it had been awhile since I’ve had them. The plate comes out looking delicious and I devoured every bite of this. We had a board for a table appetizer and got a couple of side dishes of Poblano Mac N’ Cheese and Brussel Sprouts. I would highly recommend getting the side of Mac N’ Cheese that melts in your mouth. It was plenty for everyone (11 people) to get to try and I was able to get the last little bit for seconds! The atmosphere is chill (for a weekday lunch), but intimate for a date night.

Lovely place, good service, very tasty meats. 10/10 shrimp appetizer, honestly one of the best ones out there. The beef tartare was so so fresh and on the crunchier side because the veggies were chopped to about 1cm x 1cm and not so “ground up” it was different but quite nice especially the flavor.

I had a great time at Boiler House at the Pearl! The atmosphere is really nice—the industrial, historic vibe of the old boiler room makes for a very cool dining setting. There are numerous gluten free options. The food was good and the drinks were well-crafted, but the highlight was definitely the service. Our servers were absolutely amazing, attentive, and made the whole night feel special. It’s a solid 4-star experience and a must-visit spot when you are walking around the Pearl. Highly recommend for the service alone!

My daughter has celiac (think gluten allergy) so she has to have a strictly gluten free diet including no cross contamination. From a celiac safety standpoint this place was excellent. Server asked if we had any allergies and options are clearly marked GF on the menu and some additional items can be made GF simply by removing bread or whatever gluten component. On the downside, the steaks were quite salty and overcooked. Out of three filets that we ordered, one was perfect, one was salty AND overcooked, and the third was overly salty (they did comp one of the steaks for us). We did order a few other dishes that were delicious. We had the charred watermelon and roasted bone marrow for appetizers. Both were excellent but the bone marrow was quite a small portion. I overheard the table next to me who said the bones came out without the marrow, found that interesting. The GF crispy potatoes were amazing, the poblano mac & cheese was okay and then the crème brûlée and bread pudding were fantastic. One thing that would really add to their menu is if they could get some gluten free pasta and be able to make just one or two GF pasta dishes. The lasagne was okay and the scallops were delicious but pretty outrageously priced at $64 for only THREE! The part that left a bad taste in my mouth though was that I had a $80 gift card from Open Table and they wouldn’t honor it because they had some excuse about how they’d recently been bought by some company so it’s not going through. It just seemed like an excuse to not offer the discount. Subsequently I had to go through the hassle of reaching out to opentable to get my points reinstated so I can redeem elsewhere. So that was a bummer.

great taste, loved the upscale touch on comfort food. the charcuterie board had alligator sausage. best was the wild game lasagna–the sauce had wine in it and the pasta was toasted. will have to return especially for happy hour and brunch. Out server Joey was phenomenal and gave us great advice as it was my first visit.

The Boiler House was amazing! Great atmosphere, great food, and drinks. The Smoke Stack drink was one of the most original drinks I’ve ever had. Jasmien was a fantastic server. Her attentiveness was excellent with an engaging personality. I’ll definitely be back! Do yourself a favor and save room for the Bread Pudding!
