If you’re looking for REAL seafood in LA… this is it.
We had the chance to try pretty much everything on the menu — and I can honestly say this is one of the most flavorful seafood spots in Los Angeles.
The shrimp were juicy and perfectly seasoned. The crab legs were tender and loaded with flavor. The sauces? Next level. Whether you like it mild or extra spicy, the seasoning hits every time. You can taste the freshness in every bite.
The portions are generous, everything comes out hot, and the customer service makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in.
If you’re craving a seafood boil done RIGHT — Boil Daddy LA is a must.
We’ll definitely be back.

Checked out the boil, daddy‘s ghost kitchen service and let me tell you it was extremely delicious. I really love their sauce that they add to all their dishes. It’s super unique and very flavorful. You can really taste the garlic and Cajun seasonings. I tried numerous of their dishes. My top favorite were the crabcakes, sliders, and their fish and chip. Since there is no necessarily any ambience there, there is a nice portrait of Kobe, which helps you find the location which adds a special touch. Oh and def get the churros!

We decided to organize a crab boil for our family, so we discovered Boil Daddy on Normandie & Washington and had to give it a try. The food was exceptional, with the crawfish being particularly delicious. The seasoning was delightful, and the sauce was incredibly tasty. Ordering through the app and picking it up for our house gathering was so convenient. The crab cakes had a satisfying crunch, and we enjoyed the flavorful wings along with the tender pieces. Their fries were a unique touch, especially the Parmesan and Daddy varieties. For the seafood boil, we selected a mix of crawfish, king crab, snow crab, oysters, shrimp, corn, and potatoes. We highly recommend giving it a try, especially with summer around the corner. The service was exceptional.

The food here was so good. I love seafood and was so excited to try this place. I love a good seafood boil so of course I ordered that. I also loved the wings and the fried oysters. The portions are really good here. You get a lot for what you pay for. And it also came out really quickly. There’s definitely something for everyone, even if you’re not into seafood. I would definitely recommend coming here and cannot wait to come back.

This was my third time enjoying food from Boil Daddy and I was not disappointed. The seasoning was evenly distributed throughout the food and had enough for two meals. I’ll definitely return whenever I have the craving for a seafood feast.

Our first night in LA and we were treated to the best shrimp (prawns for us Aussies) plump juicy mussels, fluffy rice, and the tastiest fish and chips from The Boil Daddy. We ordered through UberEats and before too long it arrived hot and super tasty.
Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is NOT seafood restaurant, this is ONLY pickup location for different food vendors that food delivery come to pick up! Please aware before coming and think that you will sit and enjoy your food!
This location located in Hispanic area so Hard to find parking in this area and extremely traffic.
You will get 20% off with the code DADDY for your order to be picked up if you order from their website. Not sure about the delivery apps.
I ordered 1lbs crawfish with spicy level & their Daddy sauce (butter, garlic etc) and it’s $20. Decent. The flavor was alright and the crawfish was bland inside no taste.
Suggest to order on their website in advance to pick up to avoid long wait.
I went home and remade so it tasted better.
Not sure how this place is 4.6 but seems like there are lots of fake accounts to leave reviews.
General 3/5.

I had the Daddy’s Shrimp Bowl. Super tasty and filling. I ordered delivery and it came warm. Good portion of shrimp, sausage, and potato against the rice. The lemon wedges were a nice touch.

Remove the Cajun name from yall establishment. I’m from Louisiana and wasn’t nothing Cajun about that shrimp bowl I ordered.
The shrimp and sausage is trash!

I was really hoping for a better experience. I read the reviews which are not the best but I still gave it a try since the Normandie and Washington location is not far from where I am. I went yesterday (Saturday) at around 4:30pm. First I was confused upon walking in, because it is not an actual walk in restaurant. There is a kiosk where you have to choose which restaurant you want to order from them you make your selections and pay. After that the kitchen prepares your order in the back. I ordered 3 lbs of head on shrimp and 2 pound crawfish with mixed medium spice. I wish there was something good I could say about the food I received. Firstly, the shrimp was extremely overcooked. A lot of it to the point where it was mushy and inedible. The seasing and sauce were awfully bland. My kids kept on complaining about how we should have went somewhere else. I had to take matters into my own hands by going into my seasoning cabinet to at least get this sauce to be somewhat enjoyable. This is why I don’t like trying new places. $87 down the drain. If management wants to reach out to make this right I am willing to give them another chance. I’ll even change my review if earned. If this business keeps this up, they will not have repeat customers.
