I love the food, but it seems like the employees are more concerned about hanging out in the back than making sure food is prepped and looks fresh, or even is fresh. ive had rice there hard as a rock, always out of something. today was out of chicken, steak and pork. one day I walked away while one employee was making my burrito because he leaned over and let his stomach roll all over the tortilla! and a couple days ago 2 employees were in the back one was making something special for the only other customer in front of me. the other was doing whatever in the back and they both made direct eye contact with me and took 8 minutes before I was even acknowledged, one even left for a few minutes! whomever runs that place needs to actually spend time there and make sure there employees are doing there jobs.

I ordered a steak quesadilla and they were out of steak and dough. They used a store bought tortilla and tried to warm it up. Also, I asked if they had any caffeine free beverages besides water and the kid tried to sell me sweet tea (Which has almost the same amout of caffeine as pop). I will not be returning.

I dont normally leave negative reviews if my food tasted good, which it did. Ive come here many times before with good, prompt service. We walked up to the counter today and waited about a minute while the 3 humans (kids? adults? acted the same to me!) “nose goes”d on who would come serve us. Dude lost, and in doing so proceeding to ruin 5 tortillas (no big, the machine was sticky). When 2 more customers came up, the 2 girls finally decided they wanted to help I guess (just not us) and it was a cluster of cutting in front of people and snarky comments being made to each other, etc. He also accidentally hit the spoonful of refried beans on her arm and them proceeded to go ahead and put them on my quesadilla anyway. At this point I had probably been standing there for 15 mins still with no food, and didn’t really feel like saying anything else by then. So, definitely don’t go there if it looks like 3 kids. Im hoping none of them was a manager…if so, this place is screwed. Too bad, my food was delicious. Service…not so hot.

Food is basically like eating at a subway however the food is Mexican you get a great deal of food but it is rather pricey. The food was very good and the burrito wrap is cooked while you’re waiting. Then add your toppings.

Had it when they were in belpre (it wasn’t great then ) and tried it again in the vienna location. I can see now why there is never anyone in line or ordering food there.
Some of the worst food you can get in the mall. It is (hopefully) made in the morning and sits out all day cause literally no one eats it and you can tell.

We went to the one in Grand Central mall and the queso was seriously old!! When we got it to the table it was so dry you couldn’t even dip a chip into it. The chicken was dehydrated. NEVER AGAIN
