Beautiful space surrounded by old growth trees. Inside is eclectically chic and cozy, and the breakfast menu’s amazing. Stacked pancakes and oat milk lattes were absolutely delicious! Will be going again and often since it’s perfect to couple with a visit to the playground/splashpad.

I went for the soft opening. The cafe is decorated beautifully and the service was excellent. Very friendly staff. I ordered the vegan salad and added smoked salmon. I know salmon isn’t vegan, but I loved everything in it.

This new restaurant at Pinecrest Gardens is spectacular. It serves breakfast & lunch daily . The food is delicious . I loved the burger which is outstanding and highly recommend .The menu is diverse and reasonably priced. But what is unique is the welcoming service from the owner Carmen and her daughter Lia which makes one feel a part of the community in a uniquely beautiful and relaxing setting overlooking Pinecrest Gardens. I highly recommend that you try Bohemian Spark Cafe at Pinecrest Gardens .

AMAZING! Bohemian Spark Cafe is such a lovely place! My boyfriend and I were just there. Our server was the sweetest, the food was absolutely delicious, and the ambience!!! Wow it was so cozy and warm!! We can’t wait to go back and with the kids! I want to try their breakfast menu next too!! 10/10 recommend!!!

A full service restaurant with a trendy, casual yet sophisticated, vibe is exactly what this area needed. The menu looks fantastic. This is a really nice location. The interior decor is nice causal – comfortable with an outdoor space which would be nice in good weather.
Service was very pleasant
The problem is the food. Very slow/disorganized. Ordered the American breakfast with pancakes on the side. The eggs came out, over cooked. The toast looked like it had been placed in a panini machine and was so dry it crumbled. Bacon appeared to be an inexpensive very thin cut that again was so over done it was dry and crumbly. Tater tots were over done as well. Could not eat them with a fork because every time I stuck one it disintegrated. Then the pancakes-took forever to come out – had to send the eggs back, new eggs came out – still waited a long time for the pancakes. The idea is to eat the eggs and pancakes together – by the time the pancakes arrived everything had been sitting there for 10 minutes. The strangest thing was the waitress asked if we wanted our eggs now and said the pancakes would be right out or would we like to wait until the pancakes were ready and get everything at once. What would they have done had we said we’ll wait for everything together, held the egg dishes under a warmer for 10-15 minutes?
My wife ordered the Parisian Stack, which comes on a “brioche” bun. It was a hamburger bun, which had been put in a toaster and burned to boot.
I don’t know if this was an off day, but will have to think twice before going back.

Great place to visit ! A lot of options for brunch with tastes all over the world . You can walk all around the Pinterest garden and then sit for a coffee or food at the Cafe.

I had an amazing brunch with my girlfriend. This Café has a wonderful atmosphere and food was to die for. This place really has the spark igniting and I would recommend coming with your family and friends to enjoy a nice meal and a peaceful environment.
