Good product reasonably priced. Big shout out to Destiny for providing excellent and friendly service for our visit. I had the build your own burger and John the Cheese steak. Food was hot and fresh. Good portions. Seating was well spaced fir any patrons with mobility needs. Chairs solid and comfortable for many body types. Music not too loud. I saw this place on facebook. I wanted to try it out. I went there for trivia night, which is every Monday. The host was fun and generous with some of my answers. LOL
I sat at the bar and had beer and food. Sarah was fun and attentive. The other customers were very friendly. The food was slow to come out, but it didn’t matter since I was there for the trivia. It took 1 whole beer for the appetizer to appear. Meanwhile Sarah kept checking on me and keeping my glass full. The other customers had some very interesting cocktails. Sarah knows her stuff.
The feta appetizer was delicious, served with naan. I ordered the butter chicken. It wasn’t on the menu, but it was featured on their FB page. It was delicious, I love Indian food. Next time I try a burger, they look amazing.

The burgers were juicy, so that was a plus! However, I didn’t find that it’s was super flavorful. My burger just tasted like soft, juicy beef, no cheese, sauce or mushroom flavors stood out unfortunately.
The calamari was decent! I just wish the rings were bigger as it’s easy to over cook the small ones, making them chewy, as mine were.
I REALLY enjoyed the Butterfly Key Lime Margarita, so so good!

My husband and I moved to the Jacksonville area four years ago and are making the rounds of area restaurants. Our first trip to Bohemian Bull was a successful one. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. Even though the restaurant was not crowded, the service was incredibly slow. We could not find wait staff, so we refilled our own water glasses.

Alexis was my server and she was also the server for the rest of the restaurant I observed; I was very impressed at how she handled all the guests- The dining room was full! Despite being swamped, she was very cool and calm and welcoming! What a breath of fresh air compared to the zombies working at other restaurants! 😉 OK now for the food the burger was excellent. I will be back for the great service and the excellent chimichurri burger I ate; The beef was a very nice quality, delicious, great texture. Everything was flavor cooked perfect as well! Shout out to the kitchen! ❤️

We keep coming back because the location is convenient and the food is usually good, but the experience is hit or miss because the kitchen is inconsistent and seems to lack basic attention to detail. Most of the time, the service is fine. The issue appears to be what is happening behind the scenes.
For example, today we each ordered the tomato bisque and a sandwich. A kitchen staff person brought one bowl of soup but not the rest of the meal. Obviously one of us doesn’t want to eat alone, so we sent it back. When the rest arrived, one bowl of soup was barely warm, so it must have been sitting in the kitchen instead of being reheated or remade.
The soup was also really thick, more like a sauce than a soup, and very salty. We didn’t finish it. This is the third time I’ve ordered the tomato soup. The first time it was really good, and the next two times it wasn’t.
We also noticed a diner near us had the wrong order delivered to his table. They made him the wrong kind of wrap.
Another nit: they card everyone, even people who are well past middle age. This is irritating, especially when you’ve been there a few times and you don’t have your purse with you. The server claimed they don’t want to lose their liquor license. You don’t lose your license for not carding people. You lose it for serving minors. Some common sense here would be greatly appreciated. If your customer has gray hair and wrinkles, they are clearly over 21.
Overall, I think what they need is a front of house manager checking on flow and service, and someone in the kitchen ensuring the quality and temperature of food before it’s served. As it is now, we like the menu and atmosphere, but the place feels haphazard. You don’t know what you’ll get on any one day. Our server was fine until the end of the meal, and then we had to almost flag her down to get our check.

The wings here are really good. We had the mac and cheese bites, ranch dry rub wings, and a smash burger with truffle fries. It was all very good. Service was a little slow but they were friendly.

I passed this place a few times before they opened and finally was able to give it a try. Nice place, the indoor seating area is a little small, and the outside area is about the same size. The service and food was on point!! I will definitely be going back. The fried tomatoes with their pimento cheese with barbecue sauce drizzled over them was very good!! I got the fried pickle burger with pimento cheese on it and it was delicious!! The fried pickles did not overpower the burger, a nice touch!

We came on Trivia night with a group of friends and had a great time! We had nachos and whipped feta. Our server Amber M was funny and provided great service all night! The bartender Sarah came over to help us decide on a drink and we all agreed we will definitely be back next week!
