Tried the roast beef po’boy and fries. The roast beef is REALLY good. I think I’ll try the onion petals instead of fries next time. It’s a little interesting on first visit. Order in one building and sit in another. But it’s clean and the staff are friendly.

Amazing quality food. The entrees are really good and the sides are amazing. The fried sides taste all hand battered, including the french fries. My kids and I had multiple different sliders (pork butt, fired pork loin, fried chicken, cheeseburger), fried chicken basket, butter beans, brisket loaded and regular french fries. The fried onion petals with their dawg sauce is highly recommended. I also recommend the fried pork loin and fried chicken.

This is the sort of place that I hand them a $20 and tell them to surprise me. The roast beef club was amazing and fries were good. I am more of a just cut the potatoes really thin and put them in the fryer person so the large 1/2” square breaded fries while still good with ketchup would not be my first choice. My friend’s roast beef po-boy was also excellent and she liked mine too.

From the moment our family arrived in their parking lot, we knew this was going to be a positive experience for all: ages 2-80. Best fried okra ever! Sliders were excellent. Fried pork chop could not be beat. Even enjoyed the tea. Warm homemade BBQ sauce! We loved the porch swing. The lush greenery is amazing – what a green thumb! Obviously, this was our first visit as we are not locals – all 9 of us look forward to many more!!

We stopped here for lunch and what a surprise it was . A great lunch the food was very good and the service was very friendly and nice. They had hand pick squash from the gardens out front and cooked it up , very yummy . Also the had fresh Lima beans from the garden out front.
The tea was very good and made by hand on the stove in small batches . This is a must stop and try well definitely be going back it was very good nice and quiet . Super friendly. A+

My 3 friends and I have been road-tripping around the south and this place is HANDS DOWN the best barbecue we’ve had. The people working were very nice and gave great recommendations. Also, the peach cobbler was a nice treat on warm afternoon. The outdoor dining area was very nice, with sun covers and a game of bags/corn hole available. It’s a very pretty location as well, with nice sunflowers and trees on the property.

Tried this place after seeing it on FB. Was not disappointed. Every item of food we ordered was awesome (burger, brisket, pork, roast beef, cole slaw, fried green tomatoes). We will definitely be back regularly to try different menu items. Don’t expect a fancy place to sit and eat. It’s as casual as you can get. Feels like eating in Grandpa’s workshop. Doesn’t matter. It was delicious!
