Waitress was clueless – I asked what type of fish was in the fish fillet dish, she said “sea fish”, we asked about one of the steaks, she didn’t know. Their selection of drinks is very poor (not even lemonade). People working on the kitchen were not wearing hairnets. Frozen food is used, not fresh. Service very slow. The steaks are very small for the price, some of the veg was uncooked. Sauces were bad.

I was there at 8pm after all stores closed, the servant was very very nice. I ordered a 3 course menu, the medium ribeye was very good for the price, and the other courses are good too. I would say the dish is big compared to other restaurants.

If you think you have been to the worst shopping mall tourist trap shitty restaurant you should try this one (dont!!) The worst burger ive had in my whole life and i have had some bad ones. Stay away!!! McDonald’s is a culinary experience compered to this crap.

We tried discount for lunch menu.
59dkk for burger with fries. For that price I cannot complain so much.
Environment is very nice and clean.
Waiter was nice and helpful and food was delivered in a few minutes.
Perfect size of portion, tastes were connected together but beef meat was probably lower quality, anyways, for 59dkk it was a good deal.

Took way too long to get the food. Service is terrible the server didn’t communicate and rolled eyes at me multiple times and we asked if the menu included cola the woman said yes, we asked the lady why she that it was included and nodded her head if it wasn’t? she just kept saying no no the woman lied to us and tried denying that she ever said yes.

No salad coming with the steak, which is overcooked to this bitter taste. No free tap water- you need to pay 29kr for a 50cL bottled water without being told. The table stinks.

I asked for a medium steak and received an ultra rare. In other words, I received a rushed raw steak.

When I asked them to recook the same steak, a chef obviously went through the back door and then re-entered the kitchen to have at look at whom sent the steak back.
The beef didn’t taste fresh and the size of the steak was much smaller than the image. (I think 139DKK)
The biggest irritation for me was the when we tipped the waitress, she didn’t seem thankful at all and felt like she wanted more. (Note: we do not normally tip)
The only reason for not giving a one star is because we came 40 minutes before closing. (We left 1 minute before closing) And this may have influenced the service.
