This place is what I call a “jukebox joint”… You walk up, you make your selection, you put your money in and you get back exactly what you wanted, quick! In my case, this was a big tasty cheeseburger with fresh crispy veggies (all the way), homemade onion rings, and an icy cold coke! It’s a very discreet little place and you could ride right past it without realizing that you did. Don’t do that! Stop in and eat! Boehner’s front porch has a timeless vibe about it, it would be just at home in the 1950s as it is today. I got there right at about 11:00 a.m. and it started to get a little busy shortly after I arrived. Most orders that I saw were to go but there are a couple of tables where you can sit and eat there. This was a cool and scrumptious little spot and I am glad that I stopped in!

They made good cheese sticks, stingy with the fries, only gave us half our box. The fries weren’t as seasons as they should be. The cheese sticks tasted like they were fried in fish grease. But other than that it was pretty good.

I’ve eaten here twice, and each experience gets better and better! The lady who runs this place is SO sweet! The prices are even sweeter!! 9 wings for $4! What a deal! The food is great quality, and very tasty. My kids love seeing her, everytime welcoming us with open arms and hugs. Such a sweet woman with great food and even better prices. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone else.

I wish I could give it 10 stars! Out riding today and had lunch at this hidden treasure. The owner and her sister made us feel so welcome – as if she had been waiting all morning for us to get there. Seating is outdoors; varied menu including homemade desserts. Hamburgers were unbelievably good and the fried green tomatoes were the best I have ever tasted. I’ve found my new favorite place to eat!

Honestly I haven’t been here in years, back when it used to be call The Patio , or The Front Porch. But I grew up in this small town and the food here was always amazing. I’m going to have to come visit sometime soon. It’s a huge staple of my childhood and I’d want to visit it again!
