Cute spot. Small but quaint. The service is excellent. Every member of the staff was welcoming and with positive vibes and energy. The food was delicious! The taco al pastor is a must have. Irvwas so good and mostly gone by the time I remembered to take a picture. The meat alone is flavorful and the 3 different sauces for the taco are so good. Everything came together deliciously. We also tried the short rib tamal which was different but really good and the octpus was delicious!! I will definitely be going back. My friend also tried the desert and sangria and loved them both. This is a nice spot to check out. The plates are different but delicious. I also like the fact that all the food is organic and grassfed. Victor was our server and he was great! Not many places do it all right but Los Felix nailed it on all aspects.

Let’s start with the service, not bad at all, we’re not going to be too demanding since it’s practically self-service. What we order Two carne asada tacos and two tequila shrimp tacos, and guacamole and ships. Los tacos de carne asada Without any flavor, the shrimp ones were not the best in the world but acceptable and finally the chips, which were overcooked, felt old.

I’ve had the other Bodega locations thinking they were all the same. This site was really fast, as it wasn’t busy at all, but the food wasn’t the same quality at all. It was cold and dry with barely any food or sauce. The south beach location was the best by far.

For the bar in the back… I don’t care that they charge men and not women that’s acceptable discrimination.. but as a paying man I don’t want to be forced to give my credit card to go into a bar … I like to pay cash when I am going to drink and buy others drinks…. You the owners should take a look at your men only hold credit card for 50 bucks discrimination policy… I will gladly give cash not a card. I have been boycotting , other men should too… Ladies enjoy.

I recently discovered this place while searching for new dining spots, and it exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely amazing, bursting with freshness. We had tacos (Carne Asada, Coconut Shrimp, and Barbacoa), a Tierra y Mar Quesadilla, and Chips and Guacamole – simply put, everything was delicious!
The restaurant also boasts two hidden bars: one tucked away at the back and another on the second floor. We decided to spend some time in the downstairs bar, and we had a great time. The music, service, and atmosphere of the place were fire!

For all the taco lovers, unfortunately bodega has disappointed us.
I ordered 3 tacos
2 chimichurri & 1 barbacoa ( chimichurri had too much sauce couldn’t even taste the meat with the thick layer of sauce.
The barbacoa was alright, it tastes like they have gone down in quality.
I remember looking forward to their tacos but now not so much or at all, such a waste after a long day of work.
Hopefully this helps

I can’t even give a full opinion because me and my family and friends were denied at the door. My family was in town for the weekend and I decided to show them a good time by going to a place where I thought was perfect to be away from overpriced cover fees, drinks, and parking (aka wynwood) but instead we showed up at the door at 10 pm for the person at the front to ask how many people were in our group and when we said “8” she said “it will be $50 per person to get in but it will go towards your drinks.” She was very nice and I’m sure their rules not placed by her. This bartender guy standing next to her was a little obnoxious but whatever. I think it’s ridiculous to be charging $50 for a place where 1. There’s not really night life besides bars and restaurants and 2. It’s $50 PER person!! My boyfriend and I, sure we could’ve done $50 for both of us but it’s PER person. For a second I thought I was in Centro but at least there are people on the street giving you wristbands for a free entrance and a drink. I realize that the nice area of Coconut Grove is totally lost on me for any sort of “club experience”. Why was it necessary to ask how many people were we then give us a price to get in? I even searched up before going if there was a cover or some sort of dress code and nothing. Maybe if we would’ve gone at 7 pm we wouldn’t have had this issue but it’s just totally turned me off from ever even trying again.

It’s pretty good. The tacos are small and expensive but tasty and surprisingly filling. Atmosphere is ok. Staff were really good. Very nice. I’d say give it a try with modest expectations.

Already made a review of the location in Miami Beach, but got a chance to come to Bodega in Coconut Grove for the first time. Still. The. Best. Tacos. In. All. Miami.
The tacos are just great, pick any from the menu, you will be in for a treat. This time we tried the tacos: short rib, coconut shrimp, al pastor, shrimp tequila, carne asada, crispy fish. We also ordered the guacamole and the esquites. The esquites were pretty good, but the corn is not really roasted; the corn is boiled, so not as good as it could be. One opportunity for improvement.
The back bar of this place is pretty cool (I will try to take some picture next time I am back). It is behind a hidden door that looks like a porta potty. The back room has a large bar, tables, couches, spacious with a glass ceiling, great vibes.
