Visiting from Hawaii, we were lucky to have Bodega right across of our hotel at walking distance. We kept coming back for dinner because the food and margaritas are top notch! Gaby welcomed us each time with the most hospitality. When I asked which margarita was the best, she recommended the “Bodega”, and it did not disappoint! They do a table side guacamole which was like a dinner and a show. So fresh and yummy. We didn’t wait for a table or for food. Their service is so friendly, fast and consistent. This spot is so clean, and is just an overall vibe. They have the cutest neon light signs all over. “Save water, drink tequila”!

Chicharones – melt in your mouth!
Mango Shrimp Ceviche – huge serving
Street Corn – creamy and buttery
Salsa & Totopos – 4 amazing dips to try
Table Side Guacamole – freshhhhh
Bodega Margarita – smooth and addictive

We decided to stop in for lunch and honestly, we were headed to the spot next door, but since tacos are our favorite, we gave this place a try.
Starting with the positives: the staff was friendly and attentive, and the mocktails (Virgin Margarita and Chica Lavender) were delicious.
Unfortunately, the tacos just weren’t for us. They came loaded with overcomplicated toppings, most of which had a heavy mayo taste that made the flavors confusing. After eating, we felt heavy and sluggish instead of satisfied.
The women’s bathroom also didn’t have a working lock, which wasn’t great.
When the bill came, we noticed some unexpected charges — an 8% beverage/liquor tax and a 2% Public Improvement Fee (PIF). It felt odd being taxed like that on mocktails, so just a heads-up for future guests.
Overall, this place wasn’t for us. Despite the friendly service and tasty drinks, we left disappointed and don’t plan on returning.

Great folks. Very friendly and inviting. I had the chicken tacos with chips and salsa. The tacos were great. Had to pay for the chips and salsa but they were with it. And the Modelo, that doesn’t need a comment.

We had a delicious meal with Margaritas the other night. Raphael was very courteous and welcoming.
I had Chicken Mole Tacos that were extremely savory. Each bite revealed that the chef knew what he was doing, and what he wanted this dish to taste like.
We met Gabi, the manager and she was delightful. We had watched her graciously deal with some obnoxious customers at the next table and we were astounded at her calm, helpful, caring attitude with folks we could see were purposely acting very unpleasantly.
We chatted with Gabi afterward and found her charming and gracious.
She and Rapheal are one of the reasons we continue to go back.
Savory, well planned and prepared food and a welcoming, comfortable staff are exactly what we always find at Bodega. I would expect this type of service at a big, exclusive, fancy restaurant. It is a rare treat to find such a professional atmosphere in a smaller, economical restaurant in Glendale.
Congratulations and Thank you Gabi and Raphael. I am the one who chooses Bodega Taco now; even though my lady brought me here initially.

Awesome hot new spot for AMAZING unique tacos bursting with flavor & delicious margaritas. They also feature a dog-friendly patio with plenty of outdoor seating. This place has the best Birria tacos I’ve had anywhere around Cherry Creek Mall by far! The guacamole was super fresh and the Bodega Nachos were fire ! We also got the churros donas which just melt in your mouth and come out hot!
This spot is a Must try!! I’ll be back with my crew!

My wife and I decided on Bodega Taco & Margarita Bar for lunch upon arriving at the hotel nearby. I ordered 2 of their specialty tacos which were great. I also ordered the fresh made, table side guacamole, it was absolutely fantastic! I had 2 of their specialty margaritas as well which were very good. My wife, who is a bit fussing in her eating ended up getting something off menu that our incredible waitress/bartender had specifically made for her. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. Thank you.
