We ordered the sharing platter, which was easily the highlight of the meal. It arrived piled high with a generous selection of meats: ribs, pulled pork, chicken and sausage, all packed with smoky flavour and cooked really well. Everything was juicy, tender and clearly made for sharing, which made it a fun, social way to eat.
What really stood out was the service. We had the chance to meet the manager, who was genuinely friendly, welcoming, which made the whole experience feel even more personal and enjoyable.

I love this place!! It’s is a solid go-to for proper American-style barbecue in London. The meat is consistently well cooked, full of flavour, and clearly done with care. What really made the experience though was the staff: genuinely friendly, attentive, and happy to help without being overbearing. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, perfect for catching up with friends while enjoying proper comfort food. Always a feel-good visit and somewhere I’d happily return to.

If you’re looking for authentic BBQ, Boadens is the spot. The brisket had a perfect smoke ring and practically melted in my mouth. You can tell they take their time coocking the meat. We also tried the ribs, which had a great bark and weren’t over-sauced—the meat spoke for itself. Definitely coming back for a double portion next time!”

Bodean’s BBQ in London absolutely delivers. We ordered the BBQ sharing platter, and it was outstanding; a generous spread of tender, smoky meats cooked to perfection, each one packed with rich, authentic flavour. Everything was perfectly done and ideal for sharing.
The atmosphere was lively and relaxed, and the service was friendly, efficient, and welcoming, which really added to the experience. It’s the kind of place you go for comfort food but end up staying longer than planned because you’re having such a great time.
If you’re craving top-tier BBQ in London, Bodean’s is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐

We took the pork ribs with pulled pork and pork ribs with pork bites. Overall the food was good. However, the ribs could have more flavour and more juiciness to it. I like how the flesh came off easily but the food also felt like it was reheated from the night before. The pork bites definitely had more flavour but with abit more spice it could taste heavenly. I’m not a fan of corn bread but I would say the corn bread was not bad. Maybe more salad to go with the ribs might make the meal more wholesome too. Nevertheless, we are glad we tried this place.

I visited Bodean’s Soho yesterday, and I’m still processing the sheer scale of the culinary masterpiece I experienced. This wasn’t just a meal; it was a full-throttle foodgasm that left me in a happy, glorious state of meat sweats. Seriously, clear your afternoon schedule because you will need a nap after attacking this menu.
The food was smoky, tender, and simply outstanding. Every single bite was a winner.
However, what blew me away was the service. The staff member was an absolute hero.
We had a minor issue where a piece of our bread was slightly burnt—a tiny speck of char, really. We pointed it out, and the staff instantly corrected it, bringing us a whole new, perfect portion. Their attitude was clear: nothing was too much trouble. They made us feel completely spoiled and taken care of.
If you are looking for phenomenal BBQ and service that genuinely goes above and beyond, this is your place. Go get those meat sweats—you deserve them!

Not great, not terrible. I was in the mood for ribs and expected this to be the perfect spot, but they were just alright, not as great as I’d hoped. Properly cooked ribs should have meat that falls easily off the bone and that wasn’t the case here. The meat was quite stuck to the bone. The service was also quite slow, despite the restaurant not being very busy.

My girlfriend and I stumbled across this absolute gem of a restaurant after exploring soho for the evening.
Firstly they had the British Superbikes on the telly (big green flag) and weren’t at all phased by the fact that we were a walk in on a Friday night. I fully expected us to turn us away but we were seated no problem.
We were offered water for the table by our server and given plenty of time to browse the menus. We went for the end zone elixir cocktail which was 2 for 1 during happy hour. For food we had the brisket burnt ends and mac and 5 cheese. Which was exceptional, some of the best mac and cheese we’ve ever had.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing décor, great music, truly an original aesthetic. The food was amazing. I got the brisket and the burger, and it was fantastic, as well as the fries, which have a very particular taste. They’re not just regular fries—there’s something in them. It was really great. We also had a tomato salad on the side with really fresh tomatoes. I’m not sure where they buy them from, but they were excellent. And then a couple of pints of Murphy’s, a stout I haven’t seen in some time. But best of all was the service—really happy faces and welcoming people. Definitely coming back.
