My children and myself came here this evening after my daughter’s soccer game. It was our first time trying it out and we really enjoyed ourselves. The environment was good and cleanly, staffing very friendly as well. My brisket taco were great 9/10, my son enjoyed his sliced brisket and my daugther ate her Mac n cheese up. Will definitely comes back to try other menu items.

10 out of 10! Everything we had was perfectly seasoned! Not overpowering so you could no longer taste the meat or veg. Honestly, this was the best meal I had during my stay in Shreveport! Everything was delicious! And the service was also excellent. Meredith was helpful, attentive, cheerful and kind. It was a great meal and I highly recommend Bodacious Bar and Q!

Excellent Western style barbecue in a casual atmosphere. Service was very fast. There is a large menu and very good selection of drinks and entrees. Portions were ample and very satisfying. I was with a group of fussy diners and they were very happy with the quality of the food and extra step service. Not cheap but a very good value.

We expected this to be another typical Bodacious BBQ franchise—which we do love! Boy were we wrong. This is such a cool place! It is so clean, neatly decorated, and has a great variety of different foods, not just BBQ. They had great appetizers, and awesome brunch and drink menus! This will most definitely be our new stop for the family on the way back to East Texas from Florida! Highly recommend!!!! Danlee was very nice.

The food was good at times. The breaded mushrooms were fantastic. The red beans and rice were spicy/salty. The fried okra was bland and had no flavor. The breaded okra just didn’t taste right. Perhaps use the batter from the mushrooms. That would be better. The pulled pork was dry, not moist like some other bbq places I been to. The ribs were overcooked, and meat was burnt. The brisket was dry, not moist, and no flavor to any meat or side dish. Meat didn’t taste like it was freshly bbq. No smoke ring or anything. Paid over 47$ for a single person. It’s definitely pricey but not worth it. Waitress stuck me outside, seating at a metal table that was uneven legging(wobbled), and Waitress was not being prompt. Not prepared to do her job. She could be more prompt even though they were slightly busy. I never got a refill on drinks, or extra napkins, or bbq sauce to drown out the lack of flavor or taste.
