My wife and I had our first date here in 2012. We at there last night for valentines day dinner and it’s 2026. This wonderful restaurant has not changed one bit and that’s a great thing. Place was full. Our waiter was great, very friendly. The food was unbelievable. VERY clean and it couldn’t of gone better. Unfortunately we live a ways out of town, otherwise we’d eat there whenever we felt like it. Thank you guys and keep up the great work.

Cute restaurant in a cute downtown Gresham area. I was a big fan of their $15 build your own lunch special. It looked small when it came out but was surprisingly satisfying.
I got the penne Alfredo with sausage and mushroom. It was so delightful and the garlic bread was so good for no reason. All tables have craft paper and crayons for you to unleash your inner artist/child.
Waitress rarely checked in on us and didn’t refill our waters until we finished eating but let us stay for as long as we wanted (Thursday afternoon) so it’s ok.
Would be happy to come back! And free parking downtown? Say less.

Service is great & the food is really delicious. We went for lunch and I had the Chicken Parm. We also had the Itlaiano Platter. Great food, prices and generous portions.

We always make incredible memories here and the staff, and chefs, contribute to the experience. If you’ve never been, you simply have to go. They always do a phenomenal job taking care of our large parties with skill and professionalism.

We ordered Salmon with Risotto, but was given Halibut instead. We couldn’t tell they gave us the wrong fish because it was smothered in gravy, which wasn’t mentioned on the menu. Once we forked into it, tried it, it was too try. The waitress was made aware of the wrong fish immediately when she set it down. She said she’d made a mistake and would get us the salmon right away. She didn’t take the halibut back, although we didn’t touch it again. The salmon didn’t arrive for another 30 minutes, so we just had everything packed to go.
We also ordered the Mediterranean chicken. That too, was dry. We tried to eat it but each part got dryer and dryer.
The waitress never checked on us after giving us the order. The table of 4 behind us didn’t care for their food either. We overheard them saying pretty much the same thing we were experiencing.

Boccelli’s Restorante in Gresham, Oregon is a terrific place to enjoy amazing Italian cuisine. I enjoyed the homemade manicotti which was very delicious and tasty. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are large. The service and staff were professional, kind and friendly. We enjoyed ourselves enough to make sure when hungry for great Italian meals we head to Boccelli’s.

Update: the owner response below asked me reach out, which I did twice, with no response. I went ahead and gave them another shot, and again, pretty empty place, very long wait from sitting down to seeing a waiter. Food was worse this time around. I dont recommend this place.

I want to like this place a little more than I do. The food is fine. The service is disappointing. Very long wait for a drink in a nearly empty restaurant earlyish on a Saturday. Lots of staff standing around chit chatting while we waited for a server to come by. She did finally, and was weirdly performative. One of the clams didn’t open in the order of clams and she asked if we were going to eat it…had to let her know you shouldn’t eat them if they don’t open up, which is neither here nor there but mildly amusing. In the end the food was fine, an app, 2 cocktails, 2 pastas and 2 glasses of wine was 115.00, which is not terrible but no crazy value. In general just didn’t get the service experience I hoped for (classic case of people across the aisle with a different server coming after us, getting food and drinks before us, and leaving before us). With a better server would give this place a 4/5.

We recently dined at Boccelli’s Ristorante in Gresham for my daughter’s birthday and had a fantastic experience. Our waitress, Melissa, was amazing—her friendly demeanor and attentive service made our meal even more enjoyable.

I came here when I was younger and finally came back after years! The food was great, it came out so hot that we needed to blow on it to be able to eat it for half the meal. I had the tortellini rustica and the creamy red pepper sauce was delicious. Paired with asparagus, it was a nice touch. I wish there would’ve been more chicken. My boyfriend got the spaghetti bolognese and commented that he got exactly what he bargained for. I also had the limonata raspberry which was very refreshing and tasted like candy. The service was good, no overbearing and always on time. Overall it was a great experience, I’d like to save room for dessert next time as well as sit outside, there’s a cute little stone walled area. Inside had fun art and all the classic Italian vibes of green and red. Almost forgot to mention the drawing table cloth, we had a lot of fun with that!
