Upon returning from WWII my Dad, Dino Pacciotti, started working at the Bocce Club on Hickory St in Buffalo. The club had bocce ball courts in the yard and served drinks & sandwiches inside. In 1946, Mr. Pacciotti seized the opportunity to purchase the club. He soon found an old pizza oven in the basement and started experimenting. He formulated his own unique pizza recipe and Bocce Club Pizza was born. In 1959, Dino moved into the Bailey Ave location in Amherst, seeing the proximity to UB South campus as a big positive. In 1988, our Hopkins Rd location in Williamsville opened, not far from UB North campus. We won the pizza lottery on their text line. I was suspicious if I would be charged anything. I arrived to pickup my pizza order which was done right on time! I showed them the free ticket on my phone and they said ok cool. No hassle for a great tasting pizza

Great pizza! I won a free large cheese and one item pizza through the “lottery” via their texting platform. I was under the assumption that it would be on the small side when I went to go pick it up, since it was free. Boy was I surprised to see a full size, overflowing the box, large pizza. Thank you Bocce!!! Thrilled with what I received and how good it was!

The Bocce Pizza Club was an amazing pizza eating experience. The size of the pie was shockingly impressive and well worth the price. Tons of cheese and toppings on every inch of the pizza made it very memorable. The crust was very flavorful and thick. I can see why it’s been open for so long and the best Buffalo style pizza I have ever tasted. Next time I’m in town it will be mandatory that I stop in.

Bocce has been in business since 1946. Their pizza is one of the best in Buffalo and all of the surrounding areas. Their wings are also good but have a tendency not to be crispy enough. Their menu has other food options such as subs, tacos and salads. If you want a top tier representative for Buffalo pizza this has got to be one of your choices.

Boccer pizza is the best great crust and the perfect amount of sauce. We got a cheese, pepperoni, mushroom with peppers it was huge and delicious. I would definitely recommend getting the best pizza in WNY.

Well the product is excellent pie crust is always done perfectly and sauce is tasty with out being too over powering and topping are plenty. Wings cook the way I order. Still a great pizza place

The pizza and wings could be better. We got takeout to eat at home. The pizza was a little bit too greasy. Additionally, for the wings I asked for them extra crispy but they weren’t that crispy. Other than that though the pizza and wings were great.

My first order online and I may not have done it correctly. They called me immediately after I placed the order to verify what I was looking to do and we clarified it and it was done quickly and just the way I wanted it! I appreciate the fact that they checked and didn’t just try to figure it out. I’ll know how to use it now for the next time I use the mobile app.

Ordered a whole pie with extra sauce and pepperoni browned/charred edges as Bocce Club shows on their menu and in pictures. I didn’t get either. Pepperoni was barely cooked and no charring. No extra sauce. Pizza can be very good but is inconsitent in terms of its quality. Disappointing.
