The outdoor patio is definitely the way to go if weather is permitting. The service was absolutely impeccable. All the food was top notch. We informed our server that we had a concert to get to. They were very accommodating on time and getting us on our way with wonderful food in-between.

My waiter is totally uninterested in or needs wants …he was nice..but never popped in to see how things was, messed up on order, and the crab cakes was the size of half dollars and full of bread crumbs.. definitely not worth the money, the cod tacos was a bad choice 4 me…but the lobster Device 5+ stars, the ambiance was beautiful as well. I may come back again!

I drove to Connecticut for a 3k walk/ 5k run on a beautiful Sunday. I looked for a place to have lunch afterwards and stumbled on this gem. I did not have a reservation and the hostess was very nice and gave me a table without any hesitation. The views were stunning and the food was absolutely delicious. My waitress and the rest of the staff were so attentive, I did not feel rushed even when the restaurant was starting to get busy.

Had a fun day with family at this modern restaurant by the Bridgeport, CT harbor. The summer afternoon crowd adds to the ambiance. The service is great and the food is tasty and presented well. We had nachos, chicken, cheese burger and tuna tacos. It’s a fun place… you, your friends and family will enjoy!

We decided to make a day of it with a trip to Mongers Market and stopped at Boca Oyster Bar for what we hoped would be a fresh seafood fix while up the coast. Unfortunately, the experience fell short.

The lobster bisque was underwhelming—thin in texture and lacking seasoning, especially salt. The oysters, which we were genuinely excited for, didn’t have the bright, briny flavor we were expecting. They just felt… flat.

Service was passable, but not particularly warm or attentive, and the biggest letdown? The cocktails. We ordered margaritas that came with no salt rim, completely over-iced, and missing even a garnish to dress them up or help redeem the flavor.

It’s a beautiful location with potential, but sadly, the execution didn’t live up to the setting or the seafood-forward promise.

Why here? We arrived a bit early for the ferry to Port Jefferson and decided that we could no longer ignore Boca while traveling through Bridgeport. Very happy with our decision and experience under the circumstances. Parking was easy and plentiful during a a late afternoon lunch period. The hostess was attentive and managed to locate the only shaded table left at the outdoor dining area. The facilities were well maintained. A beautiful sunny 80 degree summer afternoon complimented the ambience. Our server was friendly and gave her opinion on thejalapeno cole slaw. My blackened salmon BLT was delicious, and the side of cole slaw was a perfect side compliment. My wife had the cod tacos and enjoyed the dish. Our drinks, a Manhatten and Mojito were not watered down and were well balanced. The abutting Marina enhanced the seafood aroma and aesthetic. For the summer season, a wonderful and recommended choice. It will be our first choice should time allow during our travels.

Went to Boca today for lunch.I found the sangria to be very good as well as the food. However the atmosphere is fantastic as it sits on the water at Bridgeport Harbor and the ferrys come in and out on a regular basis. There is both inside and outside seating all with a nice view.
Although it was good I thought it was awfully pricey for what it offered.
I am usually a very big Tipper however for a few drinks and an appetizer I was charged gratuity. If someone who waitresses their way through college I certainly understand they thought of putting a tip on for a large party but not for an individual.

April 28, 2023 This location is beautifully situated right on the Housatonic River. The spacious layout has a feel of class. Francesca greeted us and we opted to sit at the bar. Francesca proved to be a personable bar tender who provided excellent service. Attentive yet not invasive to my guy and I. We ordered Sweet and Sour Chili Wings that were delicious. The food was visually pleasing and tasted delicious. I had The Lobster Ravioli which included Lobster, Shrimp and Scallions in the sauce. I did not notice the outlet and purse hook until I was ready to leave. Pricing is reasonable for the menu items. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this location.

Easy access off I95, large free parking lot, located on the shores of Bridgeport Harbor and also has access to docking in the marina.
Greeted warmly upon arrival and requested outdoor seating in the shade.
Many tables are shaded while others in full sun.
The outside seating faces west, so your in the sun much of the afternoon and early evening.
Signature cocktails were served in large generous glasses and moderately filled with ice. Not light on the ingredients and very tasty.
Of course we opted for some broiled oysters topped with parmigiana. They were tasty but quite small.
We also had mussels which were served lukewarm and 1/3 were closed. Disappointed.
Entrees were decent quality. Surf and turf was hot as were the scallops.
We ended with a fudge brownie dessert served with ice cream in a small cast iron pan. Excellent.
Our Server was very attentive and had an engaging personality. Grateful.
We’ll be back.
