Food was good. All the toppings made it fancy. We were served 4 different types of salsa to try, very delicious to go with the tacos. We ordered the burro, it’s a big burrito tastes good, but the meat was too chewy. We loved the shrimp and fish taco. Taco dog was a little messy but good too. Service was a little slow, but decent experience overall.

The food was pretty good. It’s not really a family ready place, which I wish I had known. We couldn’t get a high chair so we had to take turns holding a baby. I’m not sure if it’s because we had a baby or some other reason, but no one seemed like they were happy working there. Not a bad experience, but definitely not one we’ll repeat with a kid, if we go back at all.

The food here is incredible! The flavors are delicious and each food item is cooked to perfection. They have some delicious taco flavors and I enjoyed the Pulpo Asada (flavored grilled octopus). I found that their cocktails are on the smaller side and didn’t have as much flavor as I would have hoped.

I’ve been told about this place but just recently went for the first time. I was not disappointed. The menu is quite eclectic in the best of way. The salsa sampler was amazing as was the taco salad. I swear that salad could be 3 different meals. So well worth the money. The waitress who took care of us was very friendly and was very open about the menu and drinks. We ordered her suggested cocktail and no one was upset with our selection. The environment is very nice and I plan to take my husband sooner than later. I ordered him some vegetarian tacos for him to try. He loved them. I really like the diversity of the menu. It makes this place unique and I cannot wait to go back.

This is one of those places we like to hit up while traveling because we enjoy watching Top Chef and then visiting the chefs at their restaurants to see how well they really cook. Chef Mazon really brings some great ideas to Mexican cooking, and some of her recipes are amazing and delicious. We really loved the chips and salsa sampler with our favorite tacos being the Cameron Shrimp (do not get breaded and deep fried), Barbacoa, and the steak tacos Unfortunately, we were unable to try the corn tortillas as the person who was making them had to leave, so we had the flour tortillas, which were just fine. I would not recommend the steak and shrimp tacos unless the shrimp were grilled. The deep fried shrimp were were.too thinkly battered and greasy. The mole de pollo was also one of our least favorites. It was too dry and gritty and definitely did not have enough mole in it. I would also not recommend the boca balls. It is a mashed potato ball rolled in panko and deep fried. It tasted mostly like fried oil and mush, to be honest. The house margaritas were excellent… perfectly tart and with just the right amount of salt. The service was very spotty. We were watching other tables, and we thought it may have just been our server. Perhaps he was overwhelmed, but he forgot to bring parts of our order multiple times and never refilled our drinks or came to see how our food was. It also took an extremely long time to get the check and to return the payment. For a lunch service, we were there a good two hours. The outdoor seating was nice, but we were seated by the bathrooms, and there was a line at times… it took us out of the feel of the restaurant. Overall, it’s worth a stop for the food, but maybe stick to the tacos, margaritas, and chips.

Super yummy food! Definitely a busy place so make a reservation if able, or be willing to potentially wait! The food and experience was stellar and I would definitely recommend dining here.

Well, this place it’s really cute, it was recommended by several friends of mine, but what it was funny all of them say two things in particular, one that the drinks are fantastic and the second one that the tortillas always break apart, and funny enough fantastic drinks and yep the tortillas break apart, even though the tacos were really good I have to eat them with utensils.

Salsa flight had a wide variety of flavors for different appetites. Salsas were spicy (habenero/serrano). Chips were fresh, hot, and delicious. Arrived in a brown paper to-go bag. Some of the best in-house chips I have tried. Asada steak was thin, tender, and marinaded well. Quesadilla (small) was actually a good size and the picture hides the other half of the quesadilla sitting below the deliciously crispy cheese. Adding the steak to the quesadilla was a great touch. One of the most affordable places in Tucson. This restaurant hit a spot that I didn’t know needed hitting. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly and fast service. I liked the variety of margaritas. Definitely liked the different tequila and mezcal flights. Loved the salsa fight since it changes often. They were all house made. Surprisingly really liked the banana one. Chips were fresh. I liked that I could add a boca ball to my tacos.

To start with, you shouldn’t have to eat tacos with a fork.
