I have such a love/hate relationship with this place. In the past I have been left on hold so long that I forgot I was on hold. For seemingly “simple” orders a delivery took over 1.5 hrs. But I’m willing to forget the inconveniences for the taste of an Italian sub at this shop… everything with sweet peppers and extra dressing on the side just does the body good.
The people there are friendly, no issues as far as the actual service. The place is clean and well stocked. Gambling machines inside. Do yourself a favor and get the sub, but you should pick it up yourself too and no issues <3

First experience, I had placed an order for 4 subs and 1 salad. Nothing complicated. The bill came to $50. They did say about 20 minutes and I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for the order. It was definitely better than subway but couldve been somewhat better quality. The bread was a little hard, the meat was very dry, couldve used more condiments to moisten the sub, but the flavor was alright. I’m hoping it was just a bad day for them, and they have better options and better quality food, because I know people who swear by this place so I won’t say I’ll never eat here again, I just haven’t felt the need to go back yet. The customer service provided was friendly and professional, so that I would say is great. The atmosphere was clean, but there isn’t much parking space. Maybe 3 spots on one side and another 3 spots on the block on the other side of the building. It doesnt have a parking lot, just park on the street. I will eventually try this again but was not really satisfied with my first experience.

Food is good, my husband loves their pizza and subs, but the service is not great! Both times I have called to place orders for delivery recently the individual was not exactly rude, but certainly not polite. It takes more than hour to get even a simple pizza on a weeknight. I have never dined in restaurant, so maybe that offers an improved experienced.
