Lovely restaurant, waiter is cheerful and kind. Ribeye and salmon steak we take are very delicious. The fried potatoes accompanied with main dishes are a lot. Red wine we selected from napa valley is good for steak as well.

A group of us were in town for business and someone suggested this place. Ambiance is dim with dark wood, linen on the tables, etc. wait staff wore white jackets. The staff was very attentive to us; so I would rate the service 4 stars. However the menu options are not all that great. Your protein options are about 8 different sizes and/or cuts of steak, lamb, duck or pork. No chicken. There’s also a few seafood options. If you are vegetarian, I would not recommend this place. You could order vegetable sides and or a salad but it wouldn’t be worth the cost you would have to pay. They have Onion Rings as an appetizer but nothing else on the menu that makes sense to go with it. If you want a burger or something like that, you have to go sit in the bar across the hallway even though the bar food is coming out of the same kitchen. This restaurant is quite expensive. While there, I ordered a KC Strip with no pink…guess what I got a steak with pink and a little red! Ugh…had to send it back while the rest of our dinner party was enjoying their dinner, I had to wait for it to be cooked again! The waiter was very apologetic and when he brought my steak back he brought me fresh sides to go with it. But I was starting to get full off the sides that I originally had ordered…while waiting on my steak to be fixed.
Expect to pay at least $80-$100/person. The desserts are HUGE! They can feed about 5 people! See the pic of the Brownie Sundae! It’s a brownie that is practically 4×4 with about 5-6 scoops of ice cream with fudge sauce & whip cream! Delicious but very rich! We could only eat about 2 spoonfuls each.

A classic steak dinner. Impeccable service by a gentleman named Francisco, with delicious cocktails and savory dishes. Set in somewhat nostalgic atmosphere in downtown San Francisco.

The meat was the only nice thing, I tried the NY strip. The sides were ok, potatoes a bit too greasy and the carrot with cinamon might not be everyone’s taste. The salad is a joke for 12$. So in general this is heavily overpriced and overrated. The waiters were friendly and attentive. But if you ask for over 10$ for a salad that comes straight out of a package from the nearest cheap supermarket I must really rethink twice if I should not better give just 1 star, that’s not worth any chefs work ethics.

Excellent preparation but not the highest quality steaks (but high enough, no doubt). Friendly, fast and communicative service. Crab cakes are a nice add to the terrific T-bone or ribeyes.

Located inside the Omni San Francisco Hotel, this is a wonderful place for a business dinner. While not the best steak I’ve ever had, the food is still excellent and the service is impeccable.

This was the best flavored, non-A5 Wagyu ribeye I’ve had. That may seem like an odd complement, but Japanese A5 is on a different level. The scalloped potatoes and the carrot were incredible as well.

Great service, good steak and nice selection. Pricey but typical for steakhouse in SF. Party of 7 and everyone’s steak was cooked perfectly: rare, med rare, and med. Quick seating.

Good steaks and sides, service was a bit slow, but when you are enjoying good company it is not a problem. The T bone steak was well prepared and reasonably priced, we brought a magnum of aged red wine and corkage fee was reasonable. The Wedge salad was huge and very flavorful. Good strong drinks and lively atmosphere at the bar before dinner. Overall a great evening out.
