I had an amazing experience at Bob’s Steak & Chop House – Omni Dallas! My waiter, Andy K, was absolutely wonderful—professional, attentive, and made the evening even better.
The food was delicious and cooked to perfection, and the atmosphere was everything: classy, comfortable, and perfect for a great night out. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.

The restaurant is located inside the Omni hotel entrance. Complimentary Valet service. Excellent staff who fell over themselves to make sure that we were wrll served.
Food is Excellent! We had a ribeye and the pork chops.
All in all perfect.
I would give a 4.9 instead of a 5 only because it is expensive. But it was a special occasion.

Came hear for a team outing, we had everything you could imagine. My favorite dish was the stuffed lobster tail all textures and very flavorful, my least favorite was the lobster Mac all cheesy, to too cheesy but still decent to eat. All the other dishes fell in the middle of those.

We were celebrating our anniversary; so sweet that the staff took note and personalized our menus to acknowledge Our Day. We highly recommend Bob’s & look forward to returning real soon.

While staying at the Omni, decided to try Bob’s Steakhouse. Not disappointed. Filet was cooked perfectly. It just melted in my mouth. The bread was addictive. Hubby loved his crab cakes. Service was very good. Definitely worth a visit while in Dallas.

We had a fantastic dinner at the steakhouse. The food was excellent—our ribeye steak was perfectly cooked, the Brussels sprouts were packed with flavor, and even the salads stood out (which doesn’t always happen at a steakhouse!).
And Jedidiah our server, truly elevated the entire experience. He was attentive without being overbearing, checked on us consistently, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

I enjoyed my meal here but considering the $$ I wouldn’t put it in my favorites. The steak was cooked perfectly but a little salty and I prefer a very seasoned steak. I wasn’t as thrilled with the side dishes. Our Waiter, Brandon, was great.

Had the lobster for appetizer, definitely recommend. I got the Australian Wagyu, I asked for medium and what I got was medium well. The steak was a bit dry and had a gamey aftertaste to it. My wife got the 3 wagyu assortment and those were all delicious, which made the wifey happy. But overall it was a great experience, but I probably won’t go back again.

We dined on New Year’s Eve without reservations and were fortunate to snag a seat at the bar. While the bartenders were understandably very busy, we enjoyed a delicious split of the crab cake appetizer. My Prime Ribeye, unfortunately, was a bit disappointing with excessive gristle. However, my partner’s sea bass was superb. The highlight was the bartender’s expertly crafted Long Island Iced Tea! We concluded our meal with a decadent shared chocolate cake and ice cream, making it a truly memorable New Year’s Eve experience.

Amazing dinner spot! Our server Paul was fantastic 5/5 stars! Definitely recommend the calamari, manhattan, bone in ribeye, Brussels sprouts, lobster Mac and cheese, and butterfinger cheesecake!
