Love this place the food is fresh and if anything on your order goes wrong they fix it right away. The service is great friendly staff very welcoming. The atmosphere is great it’s always clean open space to eat inside.

Had not ate Bobs for 6 months decided gonna eat frito pie, ordered it, I think it was made last week. No crunch in any frito even the ones without chile as if they lived in a rain forest softer than a biscuit. No more. Need to go back to when you first started. No regard for people who have decided to give you business and then this!

Not only did they leave out my order of plain fries that I paid for that were almost 5$ , there’s a hair right in my chile cheese fries. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They have horrible attitudes and will ruin your order and food. BOBS IN RIO RANCHO IS HORRIBLE. THIS FOOD WENT IN THE TRASH EWWWWW

Rio Rancho Bob’s Burger is a must stop. The red chile is so good. I get the frito pies, chilie cheese fries and hotdogs all with red chile. The hasbrown with red chile is good too. Try it all!

Yummy food! Green Chile is hotter than red. But I love the flavor of the red. Although both are good. I’ve always loved the Chile cheese fries but now that they have the chips, that’s all I get! They’re so delicious with everything on it (cheese, onions, lettuce & tomato). Also, I recommend the patty melt with rye bread and opt in for the grilled onions. My hubby loves the Chile cheese dog and ask for it a little extra toasted on the grill and he says it almost tastes like dog house. Everyday if the week is a different deal. Taco Tuesday is a must!

Places always been great but lately been slacking on answering their phones to take orders I was on hold for half an hour place an order ended up doing it online while I was on hold and then when I got to the place they have one customer and the employees were standing around but they cant answer the phone to take my order

Well, this was our first time visiting a Bob’s Burgers, and will be the last. I widh I read other reviews first, but we heard it was great and wanted to try it.
Had to go drive thru because lobby closed at 7:30.
We ordered 3 burgers with NO cheese, and 2 fries orders. The ordering process was a bit frustrating, but I asked several times that we get no cheese. I felt like I needed to check the order before I left, and all 3 burgers had cheese. Was in drive thru, it was past 8pm, glad I checked before going home. My hands got very greasy from the burger wrappers, the greasy fries got everything greasy.
While they remade burgers, we started eating the fries, also way too greasy, could not enjoy or finish them. Also, the previous drive thru customer walked back to the window and said her order was missing something.
Burgers were okay but could not enjoy after the grease bath fries, not worth the hype. Ranchero burger was not very good. I wish I could get my $20 back.
I tried to capture the greasy fries in pics.
At least we tried Bob’s Burgers.
