#BobsBurgers was a place I heard about while I was working in #Albuquerque so of course I had to visit them. I’m glad I did. I love #greenChileSauce so I got their famous #RancheroBurger Supreme which included a nice burger patty, Green Chile, Cheese, Lettuce, and Tomato on a nice soft bun. It was very tasty. I decided to purchase the combo which included more Green Chile on my fries and a nice tasty beverage. I love going to places and experiencing food that I can’t get when I’m home. Looking forward to returning and enjoying more yummy food. Bobs Burgers is now celebrating 60 years of service and great food. How cool! #Albuquerque #greenChiliFan #NMPoutine

This place is an Old School Place that’s Always Good, especially when you’re hungry! The Lines get crazy for Taco Tuesday, but it’s worth the wait! It’s cost friendly when feeding a Family! The red chili is Fire, but Green is Tolerable, ON THE SIDE!! But, just be sure to check your order BEFORE YOU LEAVE coz mistakes are made !!

I have been eating here for years and Never experienced this !!! I waited at the 2nd window for 30min before I finally had to honk my horn multiple times . someone finally come to the door to just hand me the wrong order . I told the gentleman that wasn’t my order he tells me ok hold on. I waited another 10 min and had to honk my horn again for him to come to window and ask for my receipt, I gave it to him and he tells me hold on. I waited another 5 min for him to come back and tell me they are working on it . I explained to him that now I’ve been waiting 45 min and if it’s going to be any longer I would just like my money back. He said hold on again and a rude lady comes to the window and tossed my money at me. Not once did I get a sorry or a manager to come talk to me about the situation. I’m very disappointed with the service I got today and will never return .

Me and my boyfriend ordered take out here the other day. The tortilla burgers are delicious. The only downside was that the overall restaurant seemed a bit old school. For example, there was no rewards or points system like most businesses have for being a frequented place. There was no drive though. I love Bobs burgers but I think there is room for improvement.

I really enjoy the food, I have been frequenting the restaurant for over 20yrs but it seems to be a problem with my order every time these days. So when I arrive my order hasn’t even been started. The ticket is still on the printer. Then I wait and wait, so I and ask about it and they get it from the holding area knowing I am there waiting. Then I get home and my footlong chile cheese dog has no cheese. Then the Patty Melt has no chili. I check my online receipt thinking maybe I missed something, Nope I didn’t clearly a mistake on their part. I ordered 3 item and 2 were wrong this is very disappointing. Then I try and call and no answer. So I call again today Sunday at 11:44 am and still no answer. This exact scenario happened in the past and then when I do get in touch with them they say why did you wait so long. I don’t have time to drive back and forth to your restaurant for every issue. If you are not going to answer your phone you need a way to communicate on your website with the store directly. I have watched them turn the phone off personally. This is no way to run a business.

Bob’s has been my favorite since I was a kid !!! Times are definitely not like they used too be when we were kids and back then when we lived in Albuquerque south valley when we got Bob’s it was a treat and I love it now just as much as I loved it back then !!!!!!!

Giving a 1 start because they close so early. It’s light out and they are closed. It’s all locations, not one of them are open late anymore.I hope they can stay open till 9pm or 9:30. No complaints about the food or service. Just the hours of operation.
