This place is usually a pretty decent experience, for the most part, aside from the unrealistic amount of town regualrs that consistently try to start problems with other while there clearly heavily intoxicated not making much sense but definitely making an unwanted negative scene for attention… The new remodel looks great, If only the atmosphere would allow someone to enjoy it.

They fixed the floor and bar up…. I miss the old Bob’s and its distinctive aroma. It is beautiful and fun though! Fancy pull tabs with a scan machine to verify. Good music. Pool. Anything and everything you’d expect out of a classic Wisconsin dive bar. Amazing

This place smelled liked sewer. The karaoke person had no idea how to run “karaoke”. I could teach him.. LOL. We probably would have stayed thought but smelling sewer is not fun…. Clean your bar….. Then I’ll be back.

Great service. An old time atmosphere Great people. If you didn’t know anybody when you went in, they will be a true friend when you leave. And you can’t wait to go back.

We’re from out of town (Joliet, Illinois) & stopped in last Thursday night. The plan was to start at Bob’s & work our way westward down the street, hitting several bars (as we usually do when in town). That never happened because the bartender (Jen) was so friendly to the wife & I that we never went to any other bar, even though they didn’t even have my beer (Rolling Rock). We drank there for several hours & then headed back to the hotel. That’s how welcome we felt, thanks Jen!
