The quality at this Bobos has truly gone down for sure. The last few times they serve the fries cold and such a small portion compared to a few years ago and today the burger buns was burnt. Visibly that any person can see it and it will definitely be my last time coming here I’m switching to another place name Pete’s at Paramount Blvd in South Gate. A 15 min drive but the fries are always warm and they give better portions than here.

This place is our favorite. The cook is amazing and food is good but the customer service from the young cashier thats been there for 6 months was absolutely terrible, she was rude when we were ordering, she had No patients to wait for my mom to order, we came twice in the same day because we enjoy the food, both times she was rude, rude body language like she didnt want to work, rude while ordering and rude while handling the cashier ! The customer service was terrible. We work hard for our money and always have good customer service and glad to serve others, she simply was annoyed that we were ordering. Im not happy to leave a review like this because we are regular customers, the other older cashiers there amazing shout out to there good customer service but the girl working at 7 pm on 01/19/26 terrible service. I dont think we will be returning untill i speak to the store manager.

Bobo’s is always busy. Locals know this is better than most fast food burger joints. Large servings, hot, fresh foods. A variety of menu items and friendly service. Greatful to have this restaurant close to home when I don’t have time to cook dinner 10/10

I don’t know whats happening to this bobos. Ive been q customer here for 40 years. Went to get my dad a steak sandwich and it was the worst thing we have ever ate here. Quality is low to the ground. The meat was harder than a tire, bread was cold and the lettuce piece was the hard part of the lettuce. Horrible never again.

Fries were soggy and undercooked!!! I had to throw them away, who ever is manager of this place make sure the fries are cooked right! Cooks need some cooking lessons!!!!!! I won’t be coming back until then.

Delicious food, came here and got breakfast bacon sandwiches and some fries. The sandwiches had fresh crisp iceberg lettuce and tomatoes and were so yummy and so were the fries! Great customer service and very friendly as well

I hadn’t been here in years , I was in the area and decided to go. It smells so so so bad to the point that I couldn’t eat my hamburger, and before that I went to the bathroom and it is so gross and smells even worst . I would not NOT come back. It should be close down and rebuilt . I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL .
