Bartender Cindy was absolutely rude and unwelcoming. We used to like coming here before and now-no. You will always remember how someone made you feel and she was horrible. I don’t care if it was Halloween- all we asked for was lemon drop martini-rudely said we don’t make those. (Martinis are so easy) I said okay they are only these ingredients and she said we don’t have simple syrup. Okay then asked what flavors of carbless they had-she rudely said all the flavors. Just rude. Even if you are short staffed watch how you talk to people. I bartend and work with people and that is not how you talk to people.Go to the other bars in New Richmond-they are welcoming.

I know this place just got sold to a new owner but as a customer, thought we would stop in to support Justin’s new business, me and a couple of friends stopped into the new bar of Bobcats place recently on a weekend evening and we were not satisfied of the service we got over charged on drinks and even bottle beer. How can a bartender charge to different prices I paid seven dollars for a regular shot of whiskey and over four dollars for a beer second round was even more money then the first round! This is not a good way to start a new business so as for that we will not be going forward to support Justin’s bar at the Bobcats bar and grill! Bartenders need more training and stop over charging customers!

You should know what to expect here. Simple and straight forward. The bartender is always working hard. The food is basic, but at least they offer something hot during late hours. Fun atmosphere, and that bar top is extremely impressive. Heather is the BEST bartender around!!

Mixed feelings. I have had good times and a not so enjoyable time more than once. Not a fan of the crowd much. Not always welcoming. Gotten my jacket stolen on a weekend night. They have karaoke on Fridays which can be fun. Definitely there are regulars who do it every weekend. They have darts and games towards back of bar which is nice. It’s always hit and miss there. Honestly, I probably won’t be going back for a while after my last time there.
