Ordered the Palace Classic Burger and onion rings. The burger came out a perfect medium temp but the onion rings were overcooked as seen in my pictures. Definitely on the pricey end. I LOVE Bobby Flay, so when I realized he had a restaurant in NOLA, I had to go. Food was amazing!! Bobby’s Sauce, on point. Onion rings, soooo good. Burger would definitely recommend. The only thing that’s inconvenient- this is in Caesars Casino. I feel this needs to be a standalone restaurant. Parking was expensive!!

A convenient place to visit if you’re at the casino, Bobby’s Burgers offers a counter ordering experience for an above-average “fast food” burger with a much higher price tag. Others have complained about the glacial pace of the service but it was pretty dead when I went so my orders came out in a reasonable time.
All of the food was good: somewhere between a decent fast food burger option and a juicy gourmet burger. The crunch burgers add potato chips, which is a simple thing but tried and true. Fries and onion rings checked all the boxes and they offer breakfast options that are equally tasty. I was definitely satisfied by the food and would eat there again, albeit not a “go to” option except for its accessibility.

I came to this establishment for my first time. I ordered the wild mushroom burger add lettuce, tomato and pickles. I got a plain burger with NO LETTUCE NO TOMATOES NO PICKLES NO MUSHROOMS. Very disappointing. I wish I would’ve checked my order before leaving. And I left a tip for this

Merilinda was a great cashier. She was courteous, attentive, patient, and polite. Food was a disappointment. Didn’t know what to expect with the Bobby sauce. It was my first time trying a burger from here. It was ok. Burgers were very small and expensive. I paid $18 for a burger and 20oz bottled soda. No fries.
