We had high hopes for this place since we are big Bobby Flay fans. The food was ok. I did really like my burger, the nacho burger, but my hubby got the bacon crunch burger and said it was so salty, especially with the potato chips on it. The French fries were your average french fry, nothing spectacular. The onion rings were crunchy but lacked seasoning. It definitely wasn’t worth the price.

I just tried their Rocky Road milkshake which is unfortunately only there for a limited time (during the holidays I think); it was the best milkshake I’ve ever had. Their other flavors are also delicious but the Rocky Road is special.
Their food is fresh and fantastic, I’ve never been disappointed. Is it pricier than other burger joints? Yes, but the food is so far superior to other places you really can’t compare them.

Good atmosphere for a small location off the main entrance of a mall. Fast food eating as opposed to sit down dining. Very clean eating area.
My wife ordered the dark chocolate shake. She’s a chocoholic and said it could be darker and chocolatier. I thought it was quite chocolatey compared to other places. So personal taste and expectations. Very good shake anyway.
I had the limited time Little Italy Burger with arugula, mozzarella, parmesan, and a slightly spicy tomato sauce. Very good. My wife had the Palace Classic Burger. Also very good. The fries were cooked just right and tasted very fresh. The fries and burgers were cooked after we ordered and were brought to our table fresh and hot.

We tried the burger with potato chips on it and also the chicken sandwich. Both were really flavorful. The burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. The fried and onion rings were tasty. We tried a pistachio shake. It was very good and creamy.

I’m gluten free due to allergy and I had a bun less little Italy with sweet potato fries dedicated fryer. I’m not going to liewhen I first saw it, I thought gluten-free grill ripped off again. When I tasted it, it was amazing and I was very full. I do think it’s a little pricey, but that’s life these days. I would come back again.

The food was sooooo peppery. The cook put way too much and I couldn’t even eat it. The meat was supposed to be cooked medium but was cooked very well done and wasn’t a good texture at all. The fries were ok. The kids meals are 11.99. That’s outrageous.

10/10. Alejandro, Joe, and Gabe made my first time here the best experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The food is next level and the people are a joy to be around. If you want something more than the default burger every other fast food restaurant has, definitely come here.

Way too expensive for what you get. You’ll get better quality/quantity of food for less at any sit down restaurant. Taste was fine, but nothing to write home about. Staff were fast food quality (but still ask for a tip). I went because the billboards made it look amazing, I left feeling it was very “meh”.

I was excited that I got a chance to check this place out, after reading the reviews about it. Also I’m a Bobby Flay fan, so I was curious what he would offer in the burger space.
I went to this place personally, along with 15 other people that I work with. Our experience was very good.
I really liked the Blue Bacon Burger that I ordered. It was cooked perfectly (medium) and had a great blending of textures while staying moist and flavorful. I ordered the extra crunch layer of chips on top to make it even better. It was nostalgic of my childhood when we put chips on everything to get more crunch. I also liked the generous amount of tomato and lettuce, which balanced out the savory & salty sandwich with fresh veggies.
I also really liked the flavor of the batter on the onion rings. I could taste that buttermilk influence. I was very happy with the spicy fry sauce we were given. It seemed to blend perfectly with the sweet potato fries. I would put that on a lot of stuff .

This was our first time trying Bobby’s Burgers and we enjoyed it. The brunch burger had a perfectly cooked egg on it, meat was a tad closer to well done than medium, but it was still good. The bacon on the brunch burger was also great – crispy, but you could still bite into it without it turning to dust. The Palace Classec burger was just what it sounds like – a great classic burger. Fries were also good – crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My only complaint would be the onion rings that were not cooked uniformly – some spots were burned and others a bit pale. But overall it was a good experience.
