Strong for an airport burger, with good patty, flavor, nicely melted cheese, and decent fries. The lettuce didn’t seem super fresh, but the guy checking out was nice.

I wouldn’t say this really compares to a great burger. You can do it outside of the airport, it is worse than five guys, but better than McDonald’s.

I flew into Raleigh Durham airport and the first restaurant outside of the gate was Bobby Flay’s burger establishment. I looked at the menu and I was intrigued because I wanted to do something a little different besides the typical American burger with cheese so I went with the limited time only Little Italy burger. It was a very thick burger and Parmesan cheese and fresh arugula and a spicy tomato sauce.

I get the burger and the meat looks promising it look really interesting. Of course you lift the top of the bun to see what you what’s going on underneath. It’s a little bit of cheese on the inside on the top and then a little bit of arugula. Now I understand arugula wilts, but when you put arugula on a burger, you want to see a substantial amount of arugula well anyways so I went ahead and I took a bite. I was very very very disappointed. It was a disappointing burger. Why?? because the website says it’s ‘well seasoned’ that is a seasonless burger !!!

OK and then the sauce is a spicy tomato sauce oh, I can take heat, but you can’t taste the salty cheese, the Parmesan cheese you’re just like that sauce was overpoweringly spicy. You can’t even taste the cheese and then on top of that you can’t taste the meat because the burger was not seasoned so yeah….. it was bad bad you know I’m sorry epic failure Bobby read this please epic failure.

This particular burgundy needs to be removed from your menu. It’s it sucks real bad. That’s just one example. I haven’t taste the rest of your menu, but this particular burger needs to go right now. This needs to be more consistent. Don’t ever put this on your menu again. Everything needs to be consistent. Your name is Bobby Flay. You’re up against Shake shack five guys Burger King McDonald’s do I need to The list. It’s needs to be consistent. This is inconsistent. I know you’ve done a lot of work on Food Network. A lot of people have followed you over the years but this it needs to be consistent. You need to actually come up to each location regardless of what state it’s in and check out how they are preparing the food they asked me’do you want a medium or do you want it well done?’ and I said I want a medium. I know meat temps, that was medium rare. That is a it was bleeding, but it definitely look very rare on this inside and that’s another thing when you have rare meat with no salt, it tastes very beefy. You know I’m not eating steak tartar, anyway so this is an epic fail failure and I looked at the reviews on yelp across the board as some people have said that it’s inconsistent.

I like the exciting nature of the brand that’s great because you know chips on the top of the burger. OK some people like that but I don’t know this one. this is not good enough if I had to compare it to five guys or Shake shack or other establishments this is an epic failure. I would never pay $23, again. this burger +fries is expensive . The burger itself I believe was I didn’t even know how much that burger was because when the receipt came out, it was a blank piece of printer tape and it doesn’t matter because the tip I gave three dollars and you know I understand I used to work in the food industry and you know people you know need tips but this is an epic failure. Bobby it sucked it suck like chicken butts sorry It’s not good. I will never buy this again. I’d rather go to five guys, you know their meat is seasoned well the same with nations of course their burgers are seasoned and then like I said what’s the other one Shake shack they’re great and the other one that everybody loves In-N-Out their burgers are seasoned. They’re consistent. It’s the same way every single time and if you want to go to Burger King and McDonald’s, Bobby, you just make too much money where you’re trying to go and compete against some of these others. At least they seasoned their meat. This is epic failure Bobby Flay shame on you

That was the best Airport burger I’ve ever tasted! I ordered the Bobby’s Crunch Burger and Onion Rings. The onion rings all fell apart but who cares, that burger is AMAZING. Even the quality of the Beef. You can just tell.

Just had a breakfast burger and it was delicious. Better than your standard fast food variety. Thick burger, like a DIY at home. Bacon was crispy with just enough pull to make me happy. Egg was easy enough to have a runny yoke…but not so runny it was running down my hands. Perfect viscosity! If you’re a fan of sweet potato fries, these are some of the best. Again, enough crisp but also a soft well-cooked center. Maybe a little more salt than necessary….but still great.

I don’t typically remember airport food…but think this is memorable enough that I will look forward to trips to RDU.

10 minutes to get the burger and fries seemed ok considering how busy they were. Got the Bobby classic burger and fries. Fries were fantastic. Burger patty was nice and peppery – ! But honestly, fairly average for $27 – Of course it’s at the airport so overpriced. Ok for an airport joint. I was hoping for more.

Kelly was fabulous. Her espresso martini is peak, attitude is sunny, and easy to talk with. You should totally let her work night shifts- likely would’ve spent double on a night with her working. Great personality and will certainly be revisiting this diner when traveling anytime out of RDU

Breakfast before my early morning flight was an absolute delight. The daylight, the atmosphere, and especially the excellent service from Kelly made my day start off perfectly. The mimosa and the burrito were OMG—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed before flying. Exceptional service and great food. Highly recommend stopping here if you have an early flight!

My burger was put together very sloppy. Everything is sold separately. A burger fries and a tea was $32. You could go to the other side of the terminal and have a steak dinner for about the same. If they adjusted this issue I think that would have more Business.
