Dining at Bobby Mac’s was a nice experience.
The service was quick for a Saturday evening, Alexis did a good job on service. I believe she had a large party in her section as well as us and she handled both of the groups very well.
Bread service was great, warm loaf with a nice hint of garlic, I wish the butter was more of a whipped consistency, it was cold and hard to get a good scoop of butter.
Our entrees came with a soup or coleslaw, we opted for one of each. Coleslaw was rich and creamy, very classic and a generous portion, the French onion soup was delicious, probably one of the best French onions soups I’ve had in a while. Deep beef flavor, cut by the sweetness of the onions. The cheese was nice and broiled on top and gooey on the interior.
Entrees followed and the portions were awesome, we had to take our leftovers home.
We had the Chicken and Shrimp pasta, Chicken Piccata, and our Daughter got the kids chicken strips.
Chicken and Shrimp Pasta – very hearty and rich sauce, the shrimp were cooked nicely, my only issue with this dish is the presentation, both proteins were just piled on top of the pasta.
Chicken Piccata – chicken had a nice color/sear, broccoli was nicely blanched. The lemon butter sauce had great flavor but it looked off to me, it could be I’m more accustomed to a beurre blanc style of lemon butter but this just looked like butter melted.
Kids Chicken Tenders with Fries – the tenders looked to be hand battered which was surprising see for a children’s dish. Our daughter enjoyed them but got full very quick.
We will be back when we are in the area again!

Great place, great view, and a meal that absolutely hit the spot. We stopped in for dinner and were seated by the window overlooking the water—can’t beat that kind of setting. It made the entire dining experience feel relaxed and scenic, perfect for a quiet night out.
I had the lobster and shrimp ravioli, and it was outstanding. The pasta was fresh and tender, the filling was rich and flavorful, and the sauce brought it all together without being too heavy. You could really taste the seafood—nothing artificial or overdone, just quality ingredients cooked right.
My wife went with the asiago crusted walleye, which came with a side of asparagus. The fish had a perfect golden crust, flaky and moist on the inside, and the asparagus was fresh and well-seasoned. She absolutely loved it, and I stole a few bites to confirm it was just as good as it looked.
Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Our drinks stayed full, and the food came out hot and fast. We finished off with a gorgeous view and that “we’ll definitely be back” feeling. If you’re in the area and want a quality meal with a peaceful waterfront atmosphere, this place is a must.

The most delicious calamari I’ve ever had! The texture was perfect, not rubbery whatsoever. My boyfriend loved his perch with fries while I enjoyed their Thai chili salmon. Our server Katrina was very nice and answered all of our questions

Food was good no denying that. Our wait person kept asking what we ordered. We had to ask for our drinks after we ordered them. We didn’t get our soups and salads till after the entrees came out. Most of us ordered hush puppies with our dinners. They ended up putting all of the hushpuppies on one person’s entree plate. Dirty windows grafetti on bathroom doors.

We loved having dinner at Bobby Mac’s. The food was great, we had the bbq pulled pork nachos, white cheddar cavatapi, coconut chicken and chicken parm and they were all amazing. Our waitress Emma was the sweetest, we loved her, and the other waiters were super nice too. We went on a rainy day and even then the view was very cool.

Very surprised with this bar and grill. The outside seating was very nice right on the water. The food was more upscale than expected and was prepared perfectly. Drinks were average. The chicken picata was very good but the coconut chicken and sauce was amazing! We drove a while to check this place out and was not disappointed!

Went there for the first time for my wife’s birthday and everything was absolutely wonderful! The staff was courteous and gave us ample enough time to eat was always there when we needed something. The food was delicious! Everything was hot everything had taste and the price wasn’t out of this world either. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone. Happy happy and we will be going back.

The place is run by teenagers. Servers are rude. Can constantly hear servers and the hostes laughing and making fun of customers. Asked to speak to a manager about this and manager listened and acted like it was a problem but then went over and started laughing and making fun of customers with the employees. Need to get new managers in there.
