Mr. Dunn is truly one of the best bar owners in the city! Always willing to support his community, he generously opens his doors for repasses, birthday parties, class reunions, and more. His dedication to his patrons doesn’t go unnoticed. He creates a welcoming environment where people feel at home and goes above and beyond to make sure every event is a success. His consistency, kindness, and commitment to uplifting the community make him a true gem in the city. I love that his place gives adults a safe, chill environment without all the riff-raff. I came back home for my grandmother’s funeral and we went to Bobby De’s Gateway to relax after the viewing. The food was amazing the cook made a sauce to die for he made me truly happy the women at the bar was amazing, the music was old school and I loved it. This place get 2 thumbs up.

I had a good time here. I love the setup. They have a large dance floor, and people actually still dance! I didn’t feel good the next day, though, after drinking their alcohol. I’m not sure what that’s about. Other than that, it was ok.

The bartenders are extremely rude. I understand they are busy but because of that, they think it gives them the right to be rude. Very disrespectful and frankly it sad. Clearly drinking while they work. A couple might be fine but those lady are drinking way too much sometimes.
