The last three or so times I have been to Bobbique the food has been spot-on. Some of my favorite brisket, wings, and smoked sausage here! The pulled pork is also great. As a bonus, the beer selection is excellent and there is usually some live music. Definitely worth a visit!

If you’re craving for good ol’ American barbecue, then you can’t go wrong in coming here to Bobbique. The St. Louis-style ribs are a must get! BBQ jumbo wings are also great, and the BBQ skewered shrimp will make you want a whole tray of them. Smoked sausage has that perfect snap, though it was a bit saltier for our palate. Pulled pork was excellent. We also got the sliced brisket tray, and it was super tender, melt-in-your-mouth good.

Went during lunch, wasn’t crowded. Food came quickly and was delicious! Ribs and Chicken were absolutely delicious Go for the lunch special from 12-4! You get 3 meaty ribs 2 big chicken wings, a pull pork slider corn bread and 2 sides of your choice. We couldn’t finish our meal! We will definitely be returning to eat there again!

Somehow while traveling to eastern Long Island with my daughter for softball we were transported to somewhere reminiscent of the South. As soon as I saw the door handle on the front door, I said this place should be good. The live band playing some southern rock and blues perfected the atmosphere. I believe the band is there every Wednesday

Went on a quiet Sunday afternoon around 4pm. Fast and friendly service. Food was delicious, as always. Overhead music was playing at a decent volume. My son has sensory challenges and this is the best time to take him there since it’s not crowded.

Excellent BBQ, the best in the area. The smoked wings are my favorite. Good selection of interesting beers. I like the Wednesday night Blues Jam, always good talent. It is a very good music venue but loud so don’t come to talk if you’re there with live music.

The food was not good. This is NOT soul food.L and definitely not food from the south. Their mac and cheese is white and didn’t really taste good. Their collard greens tastes like vinegar with sugar. They only add barbecue sauce to their pulled chicken. The service was ok. Only one person working the front desk and she was also waiting on us.

Unfortunately, I’m disappointed. Booked a private room for my fathers surprise birthday. I asked if I could arrive early to set up– no problem. I got there an hour before the party began, and there was only a hostess there. The room was not set up or clean. I had to wipe down the booth seats, and the floors were not swept from the night before. There was also a vacuum or something left in the room during our party, right next to the entrance. The young lady taking care of us, although very nice, was also taking care of the bar and the tables. Baffling. The food was not good. No one touched the baked beans because they were served cold. Paid for additional sides of French fries, which came out tired and mushy. Like they were cooked the evening before. I am plant based and was told I could order food off the menu, but I suppose that was never communicated to the staff because it was not offered to me. To top it off, my brother found a dead roach in his basket of fries. I immediately brought it to the servers attention, and she was clearly horrified. I’m just glad my father and most guests did not see it. The young lady offered us 10% off our bill. No where in site was there a manager overseeing the restaurant. And if they were there, not once did they come introduce themselves or come check in on us. (Only 25 people, not overwhelming). The woman who booked the party with us, Jenna, reached out 2 days after the party to ask how everything went.. I guess she wasn’t told. I emailed her back the same day, and I have never heard anything since. That was 10 days ago. Overall, I do not recommend Bobbique for catering a party or for dining at in general. It’s disappointing to say the least. We really felt like we didn’t matter in our tiny time slot of only 3 hours. I would like to give kudos to Chelsea for taking care of us the best she could, given the circumstances.
