Very reasonably priced. Good selection of flavors. No real fancy recipes, just a good basic lineup, with plenty to choose from. The boba seemed a bit small for the straw and there wasn’t a whole lot of it. I’d return though. I had the strawberry milk tea with strawberry popping boba.

Pretty decent tea. The automated system for ordering is a bit of a pain especially if someone takes forever to use it. I think what I most like is the ability to choose how much, if any, sugar and ice one wants in the beverage. Service is fine, mostly young workers. Atmosphere is the mall.

I went to the mall to get clothes and was feeling thirsty so I stopped by yesterday to grab a tea or something and I saw this place was busy. There was a large line of people waiting for there drinks and I thought it might be a bit of a wait but it must be worth it if all those people were waiting. I WAS RIGHT! There was like 6 people in front of me and four behind me who ordered and everyone looked happy and was waiting patiently for their orders. I checked to see who was working and it looked like one guy was working and busting his butt to make all our orders and was pretty fast at it too. Every time he was finished with an order he would apologize for the wait but every time the customer would say they didn’t mind or they appreciated his service and speed. I just thought this was nice to hear and wanted to let that guy know his peach oolong tea was absolutely fantastic and if I didn’t have to drive 3 hours to get to Eugene I would be at this shop everyday. ☺️

my step daughter loves Boba, so her Dad and I finally tried it. It was good, but pricing is a bit on the high side … plus the WAIT. yikes didn’t intend of waiting nearly 25 mins for our 2 drink order.

I got an original black milk tea with boba and I don’t understand why this place is reviewed so poorly, I don’t know it was a 3.9 I think It could be at least a 4.3 or 4.5, the boba tasted normal and it also looked normal, the only thing I didn’t appreciate was a worker who was being very firm with me and she was very quick to be firm and say to me “That’s not your order!” When I didn’t see anybody else around and it was the same exact order that I ordered, (It wasn’t mine by the way), she could have been nicer with it by politely saying it instead of quickly and firmly saying it. This experience was a 5/10 for me 5 only for the boba drink.

Unfortunately they hire teenagers who don’t know food safety they took back our drink that was made wrong and tried to re-use the boba, I let them know that wasn’t safe and once a customer touches it, they can’t use it because our hands and mouths have germs, that when we touch the lid, especially because people are sick, that when they remove the lid, and take back drinks, it’s an issue. Anyways they said “it’s our rule we can’t throw away boba, we have to reuse it.” Also, the girl in front of me paid in cash, and they took it and went right to making drinks and they over blended our fresh strawberry tea and didn’t apologies just rolled their eyes when I said it was a food safety violation.

I love to get hibiscus tea with popping boba, it’s great! However, the regular tapioca pearls are sweet, and combined with the sweetness of the drink itself can be a bit overwhelming. Quick service and the kiosk is a nice feature. Does get a little crowded on busy days but employees do a great job managing.

This place often gets more crowded than I’m comfortable with. It’s a small space which means it often has a line going out the door with little space to accommodate the people in line as well as the people waiting to get their drinks. The drinks themselves are great and you can even customize how sugary you want them. It usually doesn’t take too long to get your drink after you order and the staff are pleasant.
