We eat a fair amount of Pho at various random places in our travels – some of it has been pretty average, and some has been pretty dang good. Bobocane’s beef Pho is legitimately one of the absolute better ones, if not the best so far.
It’s all about the broth, and the first thing I do when the bowl is served is try the broth before adding anything. This was a wow broth to be sure. Smooth, velvety, and a deep, rich flavor.
The meat in the Pho is sirloin, brisket, and meatballs. The sirloin and brisket were super tender and the meatballs were actually very good (seems that usually meatballs are kind of flavorless).
Service was excellent. Atmosphere was good (it’s in a strip mall).

The pho was packed with meat, flavor and herbs. Everything is well priced and the bahn mi was the best, the bread was absolutely one of the best I ever had. My only complaint was that the bahn mi has too much Sriracha mayo for my taste.

I am long overdue in writing a review for Bobacane, specifically for the Bahn Mi. For $10 you get the best French baguette stuffed with seasoned pork (ONLY GET THE PORK! Ok I’ve never tried the chicken but ooohhhh the pork!) Ask for extra veggies and prepare to enter taste bud heaven!
The best part is that for the price of a crappy fast food meal, you get a delicious sandwich that is a meal!

No regret.

This is my favorite place in Weatherford. The place is quiet enough to enjoy your food. It’s always clean. The flavors in the food and drinks are always amazing. The customer service is the best I’ve seen in this town as well. Everything is delivered in a great pace. I love that they serve in metal dishes! I’ve been here quite a bit since opening and they’ve never let me down.
10/10 would recommend you try them and even ask for the special menu.
Vermicelli noodles is my favorite with a little bit of chili flakes and oil topped with the sweet sauce.
Pho is always a safe option. It fills you up more than you think! If you’re like me and enjoy things spicy then I recommend putting jalapeños when you first received it and let them simmer a while.
Thai Tea is creamy and the Brown Sugar is perfectly sweet. The different Boba choices is nice as well (I don’t always like the regular boba)
I’ve taken my 3 year old here as well and he surprisingly LOVED their food. Even as a picky eater he loved the pho.

The food was EXCELLENT, the best Pho that we’ve had since living in Texas. The tea is not overwhelmingly sweet and the coffee was great! Service was quick and very friendly. I will most definitely be a regular here. Y’all run, don’t walk.

We had the pleasure of dining at Bobacane recently and it was an unforgettable experience! The pho here is absolutely phenomenal. The ambiance of the restaurant is so cozy, clean, and very welcoming. The decor adds an authentic touch that enhances the dining experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We also tried some of their appetizers and was equally impressed. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented.
We can’t wait to come back and try more dishes! Highly recommended!!!

My No. 1 favorite meal is Pho`. This establishment has my vote 1000%. The broth had a perfect balance of flavors, broth, and a bit of fat. I also love that you get so much of the broth to noodles and not the other way around. Anytime I visit this area, they have my business
