I was staying in the area and hunting for a late-night treat when I stumbled upon Boba Mama. It’s rare to find a quality tea house open late!
Despite arriving close to doors-locked, the staff was welcoming and friendly. I ordered my usual—Passion Fruit with Lychee Jelly—and it was perfect. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great boba and even better service in the evening.

Location was clean, bright, and inviting. Drinks were delicious. Slightly on the sweet side, for me, but still delicious . The texture of the Boba was nice and soft.

Its not lost on me how much they appreciate my consistent business, as I am appreciative of their variety in flavors as well as the expedience it takes to deliver to my doorstep. I’ve tried a lot of boba places and this has been my favorite so far. Literally one of the best drinks I’ve ever tasted. The boba was fresh and melted in my mouth and the creme brùle milk tea with creme brùle foam was absolutely divine. The place had good vibes, and the guy who took our order was super patient and helpful as we made our decisions. 10/10 would recommend. I only wish there was a location closer to my house, but I’ll be making the 20 min trip just for their boba tea for sure.

Was told there was no regular tea and had to get milk tea because the tea isn’t actually made with tea and it’s creamer based? Asked for wintermelon brewed tea, while I look at the wintermelon tea on the menu I am told there is no wintermelon tea that isn’t a milk tea. But how can you make a tea without tea? Very confused, I also cannot drink milk so I am very sad that I cannot have any of the teas without milk. Many other places that make real tea that you can go to, CANA tea is the best!!

I had really high hopes for the drinks to be good. We got a Thai milk tea, Vietnamese coffee and a Crème Brûlée milk tea. The milk teas had no flavor and just tasted like milk with sugar. The Vietnamese coffee was decent but it was on the sweeter side.

Love that this gem is smack dab in the middle of LC where I live and open later on the weekends when I got the boba craving. So far I haven’t had a bad milk tea or experience. Boba is always fresh and the staff always very kind and helpful. ☺️

The creme brulee milk tea and brown sugar milk tea were both amazing. The place is very clean and the staff is very nice. This is one of the better if not the best boba places in the area. Definitely coming back to try some pastries.
