Excellent place, it was our first time here. Our group was very pleased. Started out being treated very nicely at the bar. Nice conversation with the locals. Couple items on the menu were unavailable but more then enough options. The salad bar was exceptional other then the post being a small inconvenience. We got there early so the only ding was that the soups were a little cold. Maybe needed to warm them up a little more before bringing them out to the warmers. Fresh bread, ice cream for dessert and the steaks were done as ordered. Would certainly consider stopping again. Huge thanks to the staff and owenership.

This was my first time there, recently a widow and I have gone out to eat at many establishments alone. Very disappointed in the service as they served a table of seven guests before me. I was at the salad bar when they ordered. The salad bar was great. My waitress finally served my dinner, the prime rib was dry, mostly because it was medium well not medium rare as I ordered. I couldn’t send it back because I never saw my waitress until she brought my bill. Everyone around me was offered complimentary ice cream, evidently I was not. I’m not sure if I would give them another chance, I definitely prefer Rene’s Super club by far. The bartender was awesome. Please talk with you staff, as I usually tip over 30% for good service. The service was not even par.

First time here. I drive past it every summer about 200 times and say I need to stop there. I wish I would have stopped sooner. Great food, great service and the bar staff was great. I already want to go back. Very friendly atmosphere. The only thing I wish I knew was if they shared tips because if they don’t I would have given each staff member I came in contact with one because they were refreshingly friendly and welcoming. The seafood looked great, I had a filet which was so great! Highly reccomended

The server, Nora, with a great personality, was intent on making sure our order was exactly what we wanted. Once she brought our dinners to our table, she continued to ensure everything was great and if we needed anything else. Our dinners were excellent. Thank you

Ok I have been coming here with friends for a few years. I invited new friends because we always had great food. I was greatly disappointed and kinda embarrassed that the food was bad. I ordered a shrimp cocktail which I know as a glass or bowl filled with salsa, avocado and shrimp. I got a small bowl with 7 plain shrimp with a side of bland cocktail sauce. My friend’s hamburger was way over cooked and dry. My other friend’s chicken sandwich had no lettuce or tomato on a dollar store bun. Overall it was our first bad experience but we do love the food in the past. We will go there again. Hopefully it will be good!

Update, we tried Bob and Laura’s again and had a much better experience this time. The wait staff was much more attentive, the food was good and the noise level toned down. Glad we returned for another try.
Unbelievably noisey, screaming kids everywhere. The waitresses was new and had no help. It took over 30 minutes to get our drinks. I had the 18oz ribeye, it was very, very tough. Had high hopes, but was highly disappointed. I would not recommend.

The salad bar is awesome, so many salads besides the green salad. The food was hot and tasty when delivered, and it wasn’t a long wait. Oh, and the old fashioned wasn’t bad either. We’ll stop again.

Had a really tough tenderloin… hard to chew… so did others at the table. Everything else was great, including the service. Will definitely go again. They have all you can eat crab legs. First time ever trying frog legs. Our server was Barbie, will request for next next time, she was great!

My husband & I were on vacation, and we stopped here for Dinner. The food was Amazing, the bartender was really sweet, and the atmosphere was so enjoyable. We will diffinetly b going back next time we r up there. Thank you for a wonderful evening

we were forced to sit in the bar for 45 minutes for no reason. we got there when they opened so there was no line or wait list. we don’t drink and my 85 year old father does not like sitting in bars. people continued to come in and were seated immediately. Salad bar was stuck in a corner with a post in the middle of it so it was very hard to get there and hard to dish out anything once there. food was ok but we won’t be returning. don’t recommend unless you are a drinker.
