Waited 45 minutes for a pickup order I scheduled the day before. When I got there they hadn’t even started my order yet and the workers spent the *entire* time arguing and BSing each other while they made my food. One cook was clearly enjoying themselves and laughing about how long it was taking and how they were under-filling one tray of each food. The poor cashier, the only one who was trying to provide good service, was just running into a wall with the main cook. I couldn’t quite tell but some of the arguing seemed to involve the cook purposefully making the wrong food or dressings. Clearly some co-worker drama. When I then arrived late to my event and opened my boxes, I was greeted with cheap dinner rolls instead of biscuits, and extremely low portions on most of the trays. Genuinely the worst service I’ve ever seen. Do not order here.

2nd time that i have gone recently where the wait time is crazy. Im not sure what happened here but it has definitely gone down hill. Wait to get seated now is on an average 30 – 45 minutes. Im guessing because half the seating area is closed. Once seated it took over an hour to get any food. I dont know if they are are understaffed or what, but the difference between how this place was a year ago and now, is night and day. Ended up leaving this time and just going to Cracker Barrel down the road. Seated within 5 minutes. Had food at our table in less than 10 minutes. What a shame. I used to love going here until recently.

Went here for a Saturday brunch and everything was perfect!
Loved the strawberry chocolate French toast and Lemon Garlic Chicken with Steak tips!
Definitely going to be our favorite go to meals.
Always have to order my peach iced tea and we also got got the sunshine refresher!
There wasn’t a wait time at all when we got there around 11:45am ish and the food was on the table shortly after taking a seat.
Server was really nice, too!

Service is quick. We didn’t wait long. It wasn’t crowded when we were there (Sunday 8:40am). The waitress was laid back. The food was hot and delicious. My only complaint was the bacon was not as good as I expected it to be.

The food wasn’t great. Our food was all cooked together on the grill! My ham was cooked in the same area as the sausage and bacon with burned remnants on the top & bottom w/o cleaning the area and the same with the gummy pancakes that were pale in color, not golden, but black remnants from the meats that were cooked in the same area on the grill. The waitress was good, but, the food wasn’t. The ham was also cooked to the point of being dry & tough. I try not to complain too much but, when going out for a meal, I expect it to be good or at least decent and edible. I realize places are still short-handed bc some ppl just take a job, not that they care about taking pride in the job they’re doing and get the training to do great at cooking meals.
FYI, this wasn’t our 1st choice for breakfast. We ended up here bc our 1st choice was closed due to a fire or something else. From now on we will travel a little farther to another Bob Evans location down the highway that we’ve been to.

The food was delicious but the atmosphere was lacking an enjoyable experience out. Between the table in front of me talking on speaker on their phone the entire meal and the unprofessionalism of the guy cooking the food I will definitely think twice before coming back. Hearing things like “baby I’m looking for love” after meowing several times at the two females on staff, saying “why you do me like that” was unsettling. The tall gentleman with a hat on and my server Julia were the only ones professional. I should of walked out as soon as I walked in being told by the hostess Demaya to grab a menu and silverware at the host stand then seat myself so she wouldn’t have to walk around to do her job. It’s sad that great food has to be ruined by employees.

The title of this review is, “I was actually surprised I got meat on my plate!!!!” After working a 13 hour shift I just wanted to go get a decent dinner get to my hotel and shower to go to sleep. Instead I got to the restaurant and had to walk around and find the hostess to ask if I should seat myself! And when I got what you see on the picture I knew had to go find a different place to buy something else to fill myself. You would think for $18 you would get a decent meal. But no it was embarrassing! My server had no fault, but I opted to not give a tip which goes against who I am, because since I spent quite a bit and still had to go get something else due to me being too ashamed to express my disappointment in the portion I got. I will only go there if I want a light DINNER if I decide to go again. Strawberry Lemonade was watered down. It was more like flavored water than anything else!

Make sure if you order soup that you say you want it heated up! Yes, you read that right. They will send you soup that is not heated up. Manager says its a promo that they have going on. Well it’s pretty unfortunate when someone orders it for their lunch on a cold day and cant eat it as I don’t have a way to heat it up. They didn’t even offer to send a hot one out. Amazed by the stupidity of this. Create a separate button to order it for later. No where does it say anything about it coming cold.

The service was excellent. Even though they were short staffed they were still attentive and taking care of business. I had Center biscuits and a farmer’s breakfast with double meat the bacon was great he came with French toast. Our waitress and the gentleman that sat me and my party was very cordial and accommodating. He was very attentive. I will be back because it was a very fruitful experience. They also have a lot of neat stuff to buy like t-shirts and honey spoons and caramel’s chocolates aprons.
