I ordered over easy eggs what I got was over medium. My bacon was burnt and overly crunchy my wifes biscuit sandwich had what looks to be a 1hr old fried egg that was obviously more cruncy than my burnt bacon. Her loaded home frys were severely over cooked and almost burnt also the cheese on em was bone chilling cold..the french toast she ordered was hot but soggy and they had no flavor at all just the burnt taste of egg..told the manager afterwards and he rectified the situation without question……my server was great by the way and very attentive but blind to the food mistakes. I still left a tip cuz it wasn’t her fault the cooks suck.

We enjoyed a quick brunch. My husband had a breakfast meal and I chose a delicious bowl of chicken noodle soup and a half of sandwich. Both meals were perfect! Our waiter was so friendly and the service was 5 star! Very reasonable price.

I was picking something up near by and it was a bit too late for breakfast, so I went into Bob Evans. I was promptly greeted and seated. I looked over the menu and ordered the $7.99 Stacker and Pancakes, and de-caf coffee. I got both right away. The stacker was pancakes, a fried egg, pancake, bacon and sausage and a pancake. Yum! I was 1/2 way done and 10 mins after I asked for a refill when I got my coffee refill. I was finished with my food and still no refill. I then started looking at my phone while continuing to ask for a re-fill. That was ridiculous. Don’t charge me 3.xx for coffee and make me beg and wait for my de-caf. I have a heart arrhythmia issue so limit my caffeine intake.

My husband and I stopped in Bob Evans on Black Friday after taking a rest from shopping. The restaurant wasn’t very busy at all which was nice and we were seated right away. The service was good and so was the food.

My husband, Father, and I dined in tonight. Food was decent. The staff however was amazing . Best service I have had anywhere. I travel for work and have been to many fine dinning establishments. Naomi was the manager and also waitress because I guess the waitress didn’t show up, well we were extremely lucky to have her. Bob Evan’s is lucky to have her because she should be somewhere much more high end. So delightful, adorable, pleasant, prompt, just awesome. She gave us recommendations. Helped my dad order. She did not get frustrated at all the questions that he asked. Food was mediocre but we will be back just because the service was so awesome. We even got her schedule to make sure we come see her again. Naomi is so sweet and hardworking we had the best experience even though she was under staffed and doing multiple roles. I wish you the best Naomi. We will be back to see you!

Broccoli is so called measured , it’s only 4 tiny florets. Gravy is not hit! Mentioned it to the manager and they were not concerned and did not offer to make it right. I have been coming to Bob Evans for a total of 25 years. Like their quality and presentation in food has declined. It use to be so much better now they don’t care!!! Mashed potatoes were not hot and food was at a low room temperature. I pray the Broccoli and Mash Potatoes were not sitting for a long period of time!!! The fried chicken was hot and satisfactory!

The food, the location of this restaurant from the highway and the service and the coffee was amazing. This place is an absolute must if you happen to be in the area. They even had a little souvenir shop with t-shirts and specialty chocolates like bacon bits and potato chips. Very fun. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Hard water made it a little unpleasant. Silverware and glasses were pretty messed up. We were headed out of town so just ate n left. Waitress nice…food ok…but couldn’t get over the drinks and silverwear.
